I used to order special bagels that only one employee made, but she's no longer there and sad to say no one makes them like she did.... Cakes are good... Get them every year, with whipped icing... All were great except last year it looked like a 3 yr old decorated it... That would of been ok if I bought it on the spot but I ordered it weeks ahead....

Wanted to give a Shout Out to Michael a cashier at The Belle Vernon Giant Eagle! In a world full of so much negativity Michael is The Happiest Person I’ve ever met! He always engages you in conversation and has a huge smile on his face! Yesterday I stopped in after work and I was still wearing my scrubs. He said “obviously you are in the healthcare field and I’d like to thank you for your service!” I in turn thanked him for his service also! He continued the conversation with many more compliments! A genuine asset to Giant Eagle!!

Then you shouldn’t have waited on anyone. It’s 7 on a weekday people just got off work an hr-two and why would you close so early.

was told couldn't be checked out with mask not covering my fiance's nose! he has AFIB and had worn the mask over his nose in the store and by checkout was short of breath. told too bad, can't check you out if it's not covering your nose! we will no longer be shopping there and will be changing pharmacies. looking into legal action.
