WOW! This bakery is unlike any other I’ve been to—it’s pure happiness in every bite. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the flavors sparkle with comfort and joy. THE STRAWBERRY CREAM STICKS were absolutely divine: soft, creamy, and bursting with flavor that lingers long after the last bite. Truly mouthwatering! I’m hooked and will definitely be making this my new weekly tradition.

Typical local bakery, with all your usual goodies, with a few different selections, as well as fresh breads and rolls, at fair prices. Every thing we bought, was very good. Check them out...🍩🍪🧁

Warm and friendly staff. We enjoy going to this location. For us the star is the sour cream donuts. Please make them more than once a week! They're only available on friday. But if you really want them you better call ahead and reserve some or just be sure that they have any.

I recently visited Keystone Bakery in Belle Vernon with the intention of trying their baked goods. On my first visit, I learned that they have a $10 minimum to use a card. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash at the time, so I told them I’d come back another day.

When I returned with cash, I was hoping to finally try their food. However, my experience was disappointing. I stood at the counter waiting patiently while the staff appeared preoccupied with some sort of review or accounting task. No one acknowledged me for several minutes.

When an employee finally did approach me, she spoke abruptly and asked, “What do you want?” in a tone that felt dismissive. I placed my order and requested a couple of items, including what I believe was a cinnamon roll. She prepared the order, and when I handed her the cash—around $10—she snatched it out of my hand without any courtesy. I found this extremely disrespectful.

I was so frustrated by the way I was treated that when she handed me my change, I grabbed it back in the same abrupt manner—something I’ve never felt the need to do before. I’ve never had someone treat me that way in a business transaction, and it left a very negative impression.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning to Keystone Bakery.

Today August 21, 2024 about 12:30 pm Wednesday. My daughter and I stopped to get some sweets. We walked in 3 employees were on a phone. Didn’t greet us at all. Didn’t even look at us. The one was an older lady I’m surprised at that no greeting from her either. I said hello to them. They finally acknowledged we were there. A red headed girl waited on me she was rude. I had to spend $10 to use my bank card. She had an attitude about it. She practically threw my card at me. Really bad attitude. Face was miserable. Like leave your problems at home. It’s not my problem don’t take it out on customers. That’s not right. I’m ready to call there to talk to a manager about it. I was nice to her the whole time. I shouldn’t have been. I’ll never shop there again. I’ll go to Keystone in Monessen.

The apple pie tastes very bland. It’s like the filling was canned almost… can’t taste anything that would suggest it was home made :(

I went here because it used to be known as tribues. I found it's the sane but under a different owner and named. I oreder a strawberry short cake . The cake ,pound, and the icing butter cream. I really wanted this cake for my 42nd birthday. At first, they said they couldn't do it. I said i get it all the time from here, and it wasn't a problem. I asked if everything was the same, and they said yes. The boy there told me no, but let me speak to a manager after i insisted. The manager talked to the baker, and they said yes. They charged me extra. i didn't care i just wanted this cake for me. A week later, I picked it up, and it wasn't right.
The cake was regular whip cream
After they told me they couldn't do it with it. I said, "Are you sure its pound they said yes. I said i could deal with the icing being wrong but not the cake.
I took it home, and it was not right. Every pound cake i ever bought was white with a light yellow color. This was all yellow, like the grocery store cake. I paid over 50 dollars for the smallest cake they had, and it was dry and wrong. The icing was ok but not butter cream. I went out my way to use them, and i had a horrible experience. They tried to blame it on the person who took the order when the icing was wrong, but he was there and said no, i wrote it. They promised the cake was right, but i never had a bright yellow pound before. It was dry and terrible. I wasted my money. I hope this helps the next person. Asked them if their pound is yellow. If so, that's the worst pound on the planet. ?‍♂️ ?‍♂️ ?‍♂️. But if its their yellow still run, it was nasty.

Outside sign states the bakery closes at 7.Sign on the door (which I can't see from the road) says they close at 5.Was turned away at exactly 5:00 even though I drove from Pgh and told them so through the locked door.Do better Keystone. At least change your outside sign so those of us in cars don't have any hope of buying the deliciousness.
