Order took 20+ minutes to come out after expected time. Place was a mess and employees did not wear gloves with acrylic long nails which is against heath code. Forgot one of my sandwiches.

I had a long day at work and went through the drive-through. I live 2 miles away and went straight home. Remember, this was 615 in the evening, and I used the drive-through. I ordered a 3-piece extra crispy, a cole slaw, and mashed potatoes and gravy. I got a 3-piece extra greasy no crunch at all, mashed potatoes with gravy leaking out of the semi-sealed container, and slaw. On top of everything, the entire order was bagged upside down, with no napkins, no spork, no salt, or pepper. If you follow my reviews, I don't normally post like this. I guess at some point, there needs to be one like this. I will give them a second chance in the future, and I'm hoping this was a one-off. Do better KFC Belle Vernon.

Fry container not filled up (half empty) and they were horribly hard and disgusting. One drink with ice one drink without ice (why?), no sauce on spicy sandwich, no fork for meal, and overall a no from me. Don’t go here, pick a different restaurant on the strip.
