Food was undercooked ,soggy and old. They didn't even try to give me fresh anything. The girl working the drive through was messing around too much and screamed into the headset because of another coworker doing something. Like full scream. Completely inappropriate and rude. Maybe if they spent time cooking the food instead of goofing around they'd have better reviews.

I didn't really like my experience my chicken tasted like it sat all day long I paid $50 for a 16 piece family meal I told the lady three times I wanted mashed potatoes with gravy and macaroni and cheese got home and had coleslaw don't eat the coleslaw at all waste of money

I stopped in this restaurant the evening of Sept. 26 2025... and first off, the employees completely ignored me while I stood at the counter to order and they were right on front of me pretty much just staring at the drive thru order screen and talking to other employees. The manager that was there was very loud cursing and complaining about orders. I also watched her grab cooked chicken in the back without gloves on packaging them! There were 3 other customers in the building also that were ignored. I ordered from the app to get my order and I waited over an hour before realizing my order was behind another pick up order. I usually don't complain but it's not hard to be kind and caring to customers at all... let alone to acknowledge them! I counted 14 employees working there at the time yet you can't place an order?! I'll never go there again! The prices are insane to begin with then you get horrible service... or maybe I should say no service and not so pleasant of an environment!

Ladies working here are very nice but the food is literally not safe for consumption. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. There was bones all through the meat, and just looked fowl. Would probably never eat KFC again after this. Also very pricey to be fed food that would probably give me a some sort of food poisoning.

Went through the drive thru yesterday. Ordered to just to be asked every second to every word I said, anything else? Get to the window to not a greeting of hi but, a cranky teenager. Received our drinks without any ice to make them cold. No napkins, silverware, and gravy on the potatoes when we didn't want gravy. Absolutely a waste of time all around.

Wanted to eat in. Every single table was dirty, trash on tables, trash overflowing from trash cans, trash all over the floors. Employee that took out the trash was complaing and using the F-word. Disgusting!!
