would give 0 stars if i could, waited inside for 15 min and got no service while the worker sat by the drive thru and stared at me

decided to go try the drive thru since it seemed like they were actually handing orders out there and they told me the grill was closed an hour and a half before they close, so no grilled items at all an hour and a half before close?

wtf do you sell for the last two hours, fries and root beer?

Worst service ever went inside to order a root beer float. Waiting 10 minutes then went to the drive thru and waiting another 10 minutes before being served and they dont even have the ice cream working. I think there was only one person working tonight.

Tried to go through the drive through 30 minutes before close to see two employees standing outside and hear them scream "oh come on" then proceed to yell into the intercom that they are out of almost everything and grills are off.

Actually ate long John silver, this restaurant is a A&W / Long John silvers combined restaurant, it is being remodeled, haven't eaten Long Johns in quite some time since the Irwin store closed, fish and shrimp still as good as always

The food received was horrid in appearance and obviously old low quality beef. The service was slow. 25 minutes waiting for essentially 2 burgers and 2 shakes. Items were missing from the order. Amongst two orders of fries, approximately 10 individual fries were thrown carelessly into the bag. The prices are high especially with regards to food quality and terrible service. Never again will I visit this chain. I will share this experience with others. I've arranged a meeting with the district manager. Photos of this food will be shared. You will not poison my family with garbage food and get away with it.

First time here used drive through. The person was nice enough and answered my questions. My issue is I was asked to pull around front to wait for my burger. As I'm waiting over 5 minutes I saw employees standing around talking. The drive through person appeared to be the only one working and is who brought my burger out...why does a customer have to wait while employees are doing nothing?
