Good chicken

I’m sick and tired of this place not doing their job. The ice cream machine hasn’t been working for over 2 months. This is uncalled for. Don’t have a business or show ice cream on the menu if you don’t have it. There’s always an excuse on why they don’t have the shit they have and they’re supposed to have it

Everything was dripping in oil like they just pull it out the fryer and straight to your plate

Total waste of money, fries were hard and old. Breading on fish was hard, tough, and salty. Very disappointed, won't be back!

I would give 0 stars if I could drove 40 mins to get food we get there at 9 they close at 11 they say sorry we have 1 piece of chicken and 3 fish were closing at 10 tonight like whattttt that's all u got and can't make more!? Won't be back that's for sure

I absolutely love Long John Silvers fish!! So delicious! But the past 3 times I have used the Belle Vernon LJS drive through have been a disappointment. Fish so overcooked it was dark dark brown. Before that cold fries yesterday completely incorrect order. This franchise definitely needs more staff as the wait just to order can take 5 to 10 minutes. Please as a 2 piece meal is now over &11.00 stop punishing your customers & overworked employees! PLEASE LJS HIRE MORE STAFF

My chicken, fish, and corn were great but the hush puppies were TOO cooked. WAY to (crispy) and pretty much nothing inside. Service was around 730pm and service was ok... I just love the hush puppies but terrible past 2 times

Ordered 5 chicken planks
2 were fine the other 3 were so small u could say it was popcorn chicken and than 2 pieces of shrimp and we called to complain and the manager gave us sas about it so we will be contacting corporate

If there was ever a fast food restaurant that was rated by consistency LJS gets an F. Although the food can be good they always have away of ruining a meal. I've even had foreign objects in food.

I'm old enough to know the chicken strips have changed in size as did most of their food including the hushpuppies.

Service and atmosphere has suffered as keeping with the times has created better fast food options. Fried seafood has given way to baked options but the value and conditions within the restaurant chain keep it from being less than a bi-monthly option.

Drive over 20 mins after placing an order online, to get here, be called and told they don't have chicken. Truck didn't come in. Ok .. but why is it available for purchase on the app. Told we can get seafood. My family doesn't eat seafood. $70.00 could not replace our money. We had to settle for cheeseburgers. I'll never be back. I could have gotten cheeseburgers anywhere and not paid 70.00.
Advice if you are ordering from this restaurant, do not order online and make sure they have the items you pay for, or you are going to be stuck with 4 cheeseburgers in replace of 12 pieces of chicken. Rip off!!!!
So we get food... After already horrible service, we were to get bacon Cheeseburgers, we get cheeseburgers( that we could have purchased elsewhere for 2.00)... Go back in because they also forgot our coleslaw we paid for and our reg fries.. cook us bacon for our cheeseburgers and put them in a container for us to put on burgers.
ordered Velvet cheesecake almost 5.00 a slice, tiny... Ordered 2 only had 1 available. Forgot to give us our coleslaw... Fries with chili.. burnt. Get home to after an hour and a half of this ordeal to give everyone Now COLD dinner and we only got 12 of the 24 hush puppies we paid for. This has got to be a joke
This is not acceptable. My business would be shut down if ran like this !!! Awful

awful, awful, awful we ordered from( Belle Vernon) 20+ minute drive from our home. get there and they call us and tell us they are out of chicken. truck didn't come in. Annoyed but okay cancel our order, refund our money. They can not, not to mention it's available on their website. sooo the 1.5 hour ordeal begins.. We get cheap single cheeseburgers ( suppose to be bacon in replace of 12 chicken strips) not even close to the 70.00 we paid, and the cost of gas. we get chili cheese fries that are burnt and so crispy you can not chew. they forgot our coleslaw, bacon, reg fries and our sauces.. go back in the cook bacon and give us in a container for us to put on sandwiches ( we could have paid 2.00 for elsewhere) give us our nasty coleslaw that is old.. We ordered 2 velvet cheesecakes only got 1, they were out.. the cheese curls were cold. They then locked the door so we couldnt even get the continuous mess straightened out. We get home to feed our family food that we didn't even want that is now freezing cold and they only gave us 12 of the 24 hush puppies that WE PAID for. My business would be shut down. this is unacceptable. This is Fraud

Ohio girl here. Food was very Yummy 😋 Staff was friendly & helpful but dang they need a good cleaning the restaurant is nasty inside top to bottom not sure how the Health Dept in PA allows that.
