I was pleasantly surprised that my last visit was quite good, the milkshake and fish sandwich w fries was excellent, the only downside is they close down their grill too early, approximately 35 minutes before closing, I hope that policy changes

Fish was cooked long before we got there. It was hard and difficult to eat. Glad we were on our way thru and don't live there cause we LOVE LJS but NOT this one.

Changed my two star review into a 5 star review because everything tasted great. Great service and the atmosphere is newly remodeled since the last time I visited. Highly recommed the A&W soda I will be back!

I picked up my order and the lady at the drive thru dropped my food bag and then said Jesus Christ it slipped of my damn finger. Really Very upset by her response. Never apologized, then I call to find out it was the Manager. I am very deep in my faith and She offended me. Very dissatisfied.

I love coming here for root beer floats, the staff is always super nice, even when I came back weekly to check if their ice cream and root beer machines were working again. Thank you to Jackie for always being nice not matter how late it is!

I’m sick and tired of this place not doing their job. The ice cream machine hasn’t been working for over 2 months. This is uncalled for. Don’t have a business or show ice cream on the menu if you don’t have it. There’s always an excuse on why they don’t have the shit they have and they’re supposed to have it

Everything was dripping in oil like they just pull it out the fryer and straight to your plate

Total waste of money, fries were hard and old. Breading on fish was hard, tough, and salty. Very disappointed, won't be back!

I would give 0 stars if I could drove 40 mins to get food we get there at 9 they close at 11 they say sorry we have 1 piece of chicken and 3 fish were closing at 10 tonight like whattttt that's all u got and can't make more!? Won't be back that's for sure

I absolutely love Long John Silvers fish!! So delicious! But the past 3 times I have used the Belle Vernon LJS drive through have been a disappointment. Fish so overcooked it was dark dark brown. Before that cold fries yesterday completely incorrect order. This franchise definitely needs more staff as the wait just to order can take 5 to 10 minutes. Please as a 2 piece meal is now over &11.00 stop punishing your customers & overworked employees! PLEASE LJS HIRE MORE STAFF

My chicken, fish, and corn were great but the hush puppies were TOO cooked. WAY to (crispy) and pretty much nothing inside. Service was around 730pm and service was ok... I just love the hush puppies but terrible past 2 times
