There hasn't been a single time that I haven't been asked to pull up to the line or into a parking spot. I've done mobile orders 30 minutes in advance and am STILL asked to pull up. I've ordered just a big Mac and watched 7 other cars leave before someone came out to bring me my order. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'll go to the Fayette St one or the one in Charleroi from now on. 👎

Got the wrong order 3/3 times, the younger guy working there in the evening handing out the bags of food at the 2nd window never fails to give out the wrong order, lost about $20 in food going here, don't bother calling they never pick up had to call my bank and get a refund every time.

The absolute worst resteraunt ever. Out the last 10 times ive been there they have either screwed up my order (including just now), or cpmpletely forgotten it when they had me park in a pick-up spot. The food is never correct, or even fast and nobody seems to care.

Every single time I come here I order and pay for sauce as what I order doesn’t come with sauce for free. They never give me the sauce I pay for. The food is also always put together so terribly it’s pathetic. I got a large fry and it wasn’t even half way filled. Good way to waste your money here.

Last time there found a small screw in my large fries. A SCREW! I ALSO ORDERED A CHEESEBURGER HAPPY MEAL BUT WHEN I GOT HOME THERE WAS NO CHEESBURGER IN THE HAPPYMEAL. NO CHEESBURGER!! P.S. THE LARGE FRIES WITH THE SCREW IN THEM WAS ONLY 1/2 FULL. NOT A FULL LARGE FRIES.

It’s a shame when you come here to have a nice lunch with your family and a group of employees are basically having a meeting about life in general and work while I’m trying to eat. There is a time and place for that. When you see customers sitting there trying to eat don’t be rude and loud. On top of that our food was all wrong, they remade it but then left it sitting up at the counter after telling me that he would bring it out when it was ready. The store was gross and disgusting and we won’t be back.
