Ordered pizzas. Told 15-30 minutes. Came in 30 minutes after the order. No pizza ready. Cashier had the nastiest attitude about customers just existing at the counter. I get food service is hard, but at these prices, our pizza shouldn’t come late with a side of nastiness.

Does anyone remember the 90s?? Pizza Hut will always be one of those nostalgic places.. I remember when the TMNT movies were out.. takes me back to those old days, lol. Anyways, Pizza Hut has always been one of those places where service hasn't completely to shit. The food is always consistent, at least when I order. I've never had a bad experience at this one or the other one in Irwin.. minus that they don't deliver very far and their dining room is always closed. But I seen the one in Mt. Pleasant brought back the lunch buffet!! Still pretty good in my opinion.. considering we have a ton pizza places in the Pittsburgh area that are great.. but more that aren't that good. To each their own right? Either way, I'm a Hut Nut to the end🤣

Me and my wife came into pizza hut tonight at 8:50pm to order pizza the cashier here has blue tipped hair and decided to not help us and walked away after giving her all the information for the order. I was going to ask her what deals you have Going and instead she walked away to talk to friends or family and just assumed we where going to take a look at the menu very angry with this store and Outrageous prices for a 2 medium pizzas almost 40 dollars I can go to domino's and get 2 medium pizzas for 20 dollars and some change

Got a custom large hand tossed pizza and a custom NY style pizza from the Belle Vernon Pizza Hut. They were ok.
If I had an option to rate 0 stars I would the management is ridiculous and the husband & wife aren’t professional at all !!!!!! They seriously need to figure their management out but this isn’t the last they will hear from me if I have to take it as far as getting law involved and a lawyer I will
