I stopped at the belle Vernon starbucks for a hot chocolate and I didn't get a free red cup. The barista said that's not a seasonal drink. We'll I consider hot chocolate a seasonal drink. I was very disappointed. Like who drinks hot chocolate in the summer time.

Literally the worst starbucks I've ever been to in my life. I don't understand how it's still a 15 minute wait when you've been open for 6 minutes. I've legit come here, we've gone through the drive through, and they've told me it was a forty five minute wait for coffee. They told me to run errands and come back. I've never gone to this starbucks and NOT had to wait for at least fifteen or twenty minutes, regardless of how busy they are.

Matt threatened to call the cops. Imagine traveling 20 minutes for an average cup of coffee, sitting through a 25 minute drive-through which had a broken ordering screen and no one taking your order over the speaker. “They must be taking orders at the window”, you think, explaining the long line to yourself. You pull up and receive the worst customer experience in your lifetime. “We don’t take orders at the window”. Trying to make sense of the situation, your thoughts are interrupted with “You will need to drive around and order”. “From the broken screen? I tried. But..” You get cut off with the same instruction as before. You now realize people inside are staring at you while you’re grasping for fair equitable treatment as a customer. But you don’t find it. By telling me to drive back around, you’re just telling me I’m not getting coffee. Who spends 50 minutes in a drive through just willingly? So, you get frustrated and offer the ultimatum “I will order on my phone, then.” A vain threat - an act of resistance against a careless power - sends window man into a frenzy. How is he being perceived? How am I being perceived?I wonder. Things don’t cool down - he is out of options. “If you don’t move your car, I will call the cops.” I think through the situation- is this private property? At this point, I’m not wanting coffee that might be spat in, and I have a pretty good life. I shouldn’t let window man win, but I also care about the people behind me. So by driving off, I signal that I can overcome my offenses and not heap them upon society. Starbucks may claim to be friendly in all respects, but what does that even mean if they lack basic courtesy. Back of the line, Jack!

My daughter went in to grab me a large cup of black coffee. After 10 minutes of waiting my husband went in and asked what was taking so long. They were told that there were mobile orders and they hadn’t had the time to pour a cup of black coffee in the time that they were waiting. But they filled many drive thru orders. How is it ok to have a person waiting in the store that long for a cup of black coffee. It wasn’t even a complicated order.

Kid-friendliness: They are not kid friendly. They took advantage of the fact that my daughter was just going to stand there waiting however long it took.
