So if yall guys don’t have product remove it from the dang DoorDash app so I’m not wasting my money since it’s so hard for you guys. And so complicated for you to just replace the meat that u guys don’t have. So if you know you are out of something please update it so I’m not wasting my time nor money. Because DoorDash will not replace it or give me a refund for your stores mistakes. I blame the management because the people there are friendly and nice it’s a shame I work at fast food we don’t have something we call and ask the customer if they would like something different.

They stated many items had to be thrown out during the power outage and only had a few options are available, thinking they must only have the options from there newest delivery

Every time in this Subway,all the employees complain every time. Once the manager, I do believe, said that they have a right to complain. If that's the case then find another job. Sorry but your customers wants to get their food without your complaining.

My class from Ohio, Chaminade Julienne came here to get something to each on our field trip and were very pleased with the service. The employees were very hard working and efficient. Very polite and great to talk to. They made a lot of orders quickly and it tasted amazing!

Employees too busy talking with each other and standing outside to even know what I just said to them for my order. Discussing being entirely too drunk the night before. Sandwich was incorrect.

Went in today for lunch. There was a line and they were very busy. The two employees working were very nice and very efficient. What we ordered was great. It's nice to see employees work together and with great attitudes despite a rush.

It’s pretty bad when you walk in and ask how the person (Noah??) is doing they don’t even make eye contact at you… let alone, speak with their head down which makes it difficult to hear them. If you’re having a bad day, I get it, but damn. Go home or something! You are customer-facing. It doesn’t take much to smile and say hello.

Asked for one of the subs to be toasted twice. Said it twice actually and it wasn’t done. I doubt that’s a difficult ask. After interacting with this individual, I wasn’t going to fight it. It wasn’t worth my time or energy.

Then I watched a female employee come in after smoking out front, didn’t wash her hands and then put 2-3 pans of bread into the oven. That’s just gross. Then put gloves on and assisted with the line.

Yeahhhh. Be careful here. 😳
If your gut tells you to leave. Leave.
