Employees too busy talking with each other and standing outside to even know what I just said to them for my order. Discussing being entirely too drunk the night before. Sandwich was incorrect.

Went in today for lunch. There was a line and they were very busy. The two employees working were very nice and very efficient. What we ordered was great. It's nice to see employees work together and with great attitudes despite a rush.

It’s pretty bad when you walk in and ask how the person (Noah??) is doing they don’t even make eye contact at you… let alone, speak with their head down which makes it difficult to hear them. If you’re having a bad day, I get it, but damn. Go home or something! You are customer-facing. It doesn’t take much to smile and say hello.

Asked for one of the subs to be toasted twice. Said it twice actually and it wasn’t done. I doubt that’s a difficult ask. After interacting with this individual, I wasn’t going to fight it. It wasn’t worth my time or energy.

Then I watched a female employee come in after smoking out front, didn’t wash her hands and then put 2-3 pans of bread into the oven. That’s just gross. Then put gloves on and assisted with the line.

Yeahhhh. Be careful here. 😳
If your gut tells you to leave. Leave.

So I walk into this subway with a coupon that I announced I had. Immediately the woman making my sandwiches started complaining to the customer in front of me about how coupons take away from her family. The subs were supposed to be toasted and we're not. And supposedly according to her they do not get a break time in an 8 hr shift. Sorry, but you don't complain to customers about your job. That is totally disrespectful and poor customer service. Regardless of coupon or not they are still making an hourly wage to work there. If you are that miserable at your job and/or customer service, maybe it's time you consider a new career.

I went in to get dinner and asked if I could use the 20% off promotion at the counter or if it had to be online. I was told only online and per the owner I couldn’t order in the store I had to go outside. WTH? I walked out saying let your owner know he just lost my business. HORRIBLE!!

We were dummies who ordered from the wrong location but everyone here was super friendly and actually seemed interested in solving our problem - like above and beyond. They called the other store and tried to get the order cancelled or transferred - we decided we could just grab it because it was still close but this level of customer service is majorly appreciated!
