How hard is it to make a sandwich and follow requests. Did a pick up order, not even toasted like I asked, and missing toppings that were requested. It’s not even that big of a deal, but how hard is it to just do what’s requested and not only that, it takes half an hour to make a sandwich that you didn’t even do rite. They are never busy because they l suck

Got a chicken wrap for the first time. Over $11 for this garbage !!! It looked absolutely nothing like the picture they advertise. It was flat and when heated up for 30 seconds in the microwave it completely fell apart and was disgusting !! The one slice of tomato they gave me wasn't even on the wrap ! It was laying in the damn paper !! Never again !! What a sloppy mess..Totally sucked 😠
The girl that was working afternoon shift at subway on 10/26/2024 around 1:30pm did the best job ever on our subs!! She went above and beyond give this girl a raise please!!! Our subs were perfect, everything was perfect!!

Got the best roast beef sub I've had from Subway in a long time. Perfect amount of fresh roast beef, friendly, accurate, and clean.

Placed and online order. When arrived to pick up no one was in the store and employee was standing behind counter do nothing. Advised had ordered online he checked and said yes. Took him forever to make the 2 subs. When I got home the one sub was burnt and bun was hard as a rock. Half of the vegetables weren't even on the sandwich either. Threw the footling in the garbage. Did call and they said they would remake. Refused the offer since it would've been another 30mins.

If you order food online from the rostraver one, make sure you order it 20-25 minutes before you actually are going to pick it up because it won't be ready on time anyway, and i ordered 2 subs, 1 had different veggies on it than the other and i got 2 exactly the same, so they didn't even give me what I ordered either!!!

So Subway put up a steel screen over the meats, and now the customer can't see the selection of meat. I prefer to see what I'm selecting. Service this day was better than usual. The young man who waited on us was friendly . He was the only one working . All the other employees had quit. He and one another and his manager was it. Hope he gets some help. We took ours to go. But 5 star for service that day.

We ordered from the wrong store, the one by tri county plaza told us they couldn't remake it because this location already made it. Completely understandable. But this store was closed when we showed up, employees still in the parking lot and told us they told the other store we can't get it Didn't mention anything about a refund or anything, just drove off.

It's very hard for me to rate the food because when I ordered the food online and went to pick it up when it was ready, the store was closed. I was extremely dumbfounded by this and didn't understand how they could receive my order if they were closed. I had to reorder to another location and drive there to get my food. The best part is they did issue a refund after explaining what happened.

Rating based on my past two experiences at this Subway. Noting that I’ve visited this Subway many times since it was first built back in the 90’s. It used to be a nice place to visit and somewhere we looked forward to getting a bite from. Outside of the one female sub artist who took sadistic pleasure in telling me that Subway was getting rid of their Gyros (#NeverForget), I seldom have had negative experiences there. This Subway is now notoriously slow in completing sub orders. The staff there are nice yes, but niceness alone doesn’t equate to a comprehensive customer experience. I was on my way to a gig out in Latrobe area last month and decided to visit this Subway against my better judgment. Prior experience was just slow even though I was only one of two customers inside of the building. And I couldn’t afford slowness since we had to set up and conduct our sound checks. But hey - I was really in the mood for Subway man. It took about 5 minutes for staff to get to the window and say they would be with me shortly. Then another 20 minutes passed before I got a half-hearted apology and they could take my order. Luckily it didn’t take them long to put it together. Noting that the parking lot was not that busy for the time. Sub was good - and that earned two stars. But if it wasn’t for some creative driving on my part and munching during the sound check, I’d have been late to the gig. Here’s the thing - the food is on par with other Subways, no complaints there, but don’t expect the staff to quickly fulfill your order if you’re in a rush.
