We went in on December 5th around 9pm and Ed was absolutely wonderful very patient as two toddlers independently placed their own orders helping them along the way. (Their first time trying Subway so was very fascinated with the experience) Then a added bonus they noticed the elf on the shelf and he played right along with it for them. As a Mom this season always has me on edge with the elfs being everywhere all it takes it one person to ruin it for them. He handled it perfectly. He truly was a great person and needed to be recognized. 🙏

Food is great, the workers however, not so great. I work in the restaurant industry myself and we are trained to be kind to customers, not short and impatient. The female worker who makes the sandwiches is rude to customers and her coworkers alike.

Always have a great experience at this store it’s my favorite location, I try to go here as much as possible when I eat subway, Ed works extra hard to keep the restaurant clean , neat , and is very polite and makes my sub with great care.

I pulled up and at first the parking lot was too small but whatever. I went inside and ordered a 6 in chicken beacon ranch melt the lady didn't know how to make it and had to look it up. Then they didn't ask me if I wanted the bread toasted or not but when I got my food the beacon was under cooked and the chicken had a weird taste to it so what was a waste of money.... This was my first time here at this location and it will be my last. If anyone else doesn't want to waste money then please avoid this location. Have a great day

We just left there and met one of the employees, Blake. He was great. He got super busy and handled it really well. He had a wonderful personality and made the experience great
Don’t waste your time. The door was closed way before the hour shown on Google. There was no sign on the door. What a waste of the trip.

Absolutely disgusting. I asked for a BMT and one single line of mayo and it’s like the cap of the mayo bottle fell off and everything onto my sandwich. It was like chewing on water logged bread. He was distracted taking to one of the workers while making it. The lady at the counter was very helpful though.

How hard is it to make a sandwich and follow requests. Did a pick up order, not even toasted like I asked, and missing toppings that were requested. It’s not even that big of a deal, but how hard is it to just do what’s requested and not only that, it takes half an hour to make a sandwich that you didn’t even do rite. They are never busy because they l suck

Got a chicken wrap for the first time. Over $11 for this garbage !!! It looked absolutely nothing like the picture they advertise. It was flat and when heated up for 30 seconds in the microwave it completely fell apart and was disgusting !! The one slice of tomato they gave me wasn't even on the wrap ! It was laying in the damn paper !! Never again !! What a sloppy mess..Totally sucked 😠

The girl that was working afternoon shift at subway on 10/26/2024 around 1:30pm did the best job ever on our subs!! She went above and beyond give this girl a raise please!!! Our subs were perfect, everything was perfect!!
