This Taco Bell NEVER gets my order right. I am done going here and ordering delivery from here because Taco Bell customer service refuses to give me a refund despite contacting them multiple times. And the store can't give me a refund apparently because it was a delivery order. I do not want free food; I just want a REFUND. I now have to dispute a charge on my credit card for an order that I received that was COMPLETELY WRONG, and I was charged $28 for it. Get it together. I used to work at Taco Bell, and it is NOT HARD to get the orders right. Don't waste your time going here.

I really think this restaurant can be first class but it will need to change a few things. The music in the restaurant is too loud. If you go to McDonald's you'll hear that their music is very lowYou need more vegetarian options because there are so many ways to prepare vegetables. I would like to see more vegetables in your dishes. Adding lots of simple ingredients fresh and clean will definitely make a huge difference! I like Chipotle where they let you pick the ingredients for your wrap. It may slow things down a bit but that's okay because it's well worth the waiting for. you're on the right track Taco Bell just needs to expand a little bit in the area of larger quantities of vegetables in your dishes. What about fresh fruit salads? Fresh fruit smoothies?Vegetarian options: More more more

An employee walked in the door right before I did but he didn't hold the door open, as soon as it closed I had to pull it open again. The bathroom door was broke, and the self-order kiosk was broken. So I had to wait at the counter for a few minutes until someone noticed me. When my food was ready the guy whispered my name, he seemed annoyed like I didn't hear him the first time. Then when i unwrapped my burrito it was flat as pancake, which is weird because in the picture it was a perfect cylinder.

Update: I spoke to Store Manager Chris, who was polite,.apologetic,PROFESSIONAL, and fixed the issue which is why I changes review from 1 star to 5 starsCashier was rude, Horrible ServiceCharged me extra because I asked if topping could be place onside in separate containers.Kid-friendliness: Impatient drive thru cashier suggest going inside for a more kid friendly atmosphere

This is the nearest Taco Bell to me so I come here often. It is very rare to get a taco with a good amount of both meat and toppings here (tomatoes, lettuce, cheese etc.) I usually get very skimpy tacos that look nothing like the pictures or I get very little meat and an overload of toppings. These pictures are from only one occasion but I have gotten worse food multiple times. I will not be coming back to this location.

Went in for dine in and 2 employees were sitting at a table maybe on break don't know. No one at the counter. By the time we left about half an hour later those same 2 employees were still sitting there playing on their phones and tablets.
I waited 35 mins for my order. Saw every person who ordered after me get theirs and then went up to the counter and asked about it, and they accidently took my order off the screen without making it.

The food was good, the service the young man seemed to care less about us or his job. Atmosphere music was way too loud,tables were dirty, kichen floor was in food. It was not well managed at all.

I am completely shocked of how messed up our order was, you can tell it's pure laziness. Tacobell specifically has vegetarian option now for all ordered and that's what we ordered that had NO meat what so ever!! I come home with 5 Crunchwrap 2 burritos and some side orders. This order is not cheap almost $70 and every single one of them had meat. HOW??? We have never had meat in our life so just a thought of putting meat accidentally in our system or potentially being exposed to unknown allergies would have had us all in the hospital. I would think if you are in a food business you would train your employees better. The fact that I am giving them one star rating is because I couldn't give them zero. WORST tacobell experience ever!!
