I came through the drive through at 10:29pm. My greeting was fine, speed of service was okay. I received my items and assuming they were made right I drove home. I get home to pass out myself, my grandmother and my children’s food/beverage. Mind I have 3 kids, 2 of which need their meal set up for them, 1 that needs his food cut up and drink put into a sippy cup. After passing out everyone’s food I finallly sit down with my own meal and go to bite into it. Lucky I checked the sandwich and discovered there was mayo on it, in highly allergic to mayo and when I ordered I ordered a son of baconator ONLY ketchup, I got back in my car, drive back to your restaurant, waited my turn in line again, when I got to the speaker I requested a manager without any type of hospitality although at this point I was frustrated I simply informed the manager that my sandwich was made wrong, I received one drop of cheese sauce which was now cold along with nonsalted fry’s that was also cold and got no crackers with my chili requested my meal be replaced at, which seemed the be a bother to the manager as he says with a poor attitude that he ran out of cheese an hour ago so how long ago was it that I was at the restaurant, he said he would replace my sandwich, at which I had to ask again that replace the whole meal because the fry are cold and nasty and I do not want them. I had the sandwich, fry, and cheese sauce along with receipt. He said that he doesn’t have to replace my fry because obviously they are cold if I drove home and drive back. I informed him that I have the fry with me untouched and he said again it’s not his problem that the fry’s are cold but he will replace them this one time. He couldn’t replace my cheese sauce because they were out. I get to the window and the person comes and asks for the sandwich and fry in the most unfriendly way possible, walks away and then comes back and ask for my receipt which I provided to all of it to the young lady. The manager then comes to the window and asks what was wrong I informed him I wanted only ketchup on my sandwich and he goes “well it wasn’t rang in like that that’s why you got it like that” as if it was my fault. He did replaced my sandwich and fry’s after reminding me that “he won’t do it again” however I got two pieces of bacon on my baconator and this is the replacement one. I am general manager myself and if a customer was treated the way I was treated at your restaurant tonight I would be pulling people in my office and terminating them. I will probably never spend a Dallor at your location again. And that’s a shame because I come through to feed my family of 7 pretty often.

Brought my family here for a quick meal! Our food was set on a dirty tray! Not a clean table to be found to sit at! Every garbage can was over flowing with garbage! Only one other customer in the restaurant! This is the filthiest fast food restaurant I have seen in a long time!
