2 entire parts of our order were left out of the mobile order leaving 2 people without a part of the meal that they paid for. It is a regular Wendy's and the food and service from the employees are good, but the wait was quite long and the fact that multiple parts of the order were missing was disgruntling.

I asked for a Dave's single and dude said ok but didn't ask me what drink I wanted. I got to the window and told him I wanted a coke. I got it but I just got a cheeseburger no fries. I swear they dont listen sometimes. Went to get fries from mcdonald's. At least they listened. Smh.

For a not so busy Wendys , waiting 10-15 mins to get one of the 20 sum employees to come to the register is pretty depressing.. They all just pretty much just kept walking past and looking as if I wasn't there. Also did get a fry and overall just a bad experience
We ordered a baconator and son of the baconator, They both were the same thing when we got them. There’s no way each hamburger. Patty weighed a quarter of a pound because they were paper thin and I am not lying paperthin.!!!! The bacon were not in strips, but were in maybe an eighth of a strip, not six pieces though more like four! The mayo on the sandwich was not existent because it was so small it soaked into the bun! When we were checked out, nobody gave us a total, and the girl took my card and left with it and still never told me a total! They need to do something with this Wendy’s cause I probably won’t be back anytime soon!

On each of our sandwiches, there is 1 tiny onion. Like really.. cmon ya'll. Do better. They're also sloppy made. It wasn't even busy when we were there smh.
The night workers all need replaced IMMEDIATELY. They do not want their job and they act like the customers made them work there. I placed a mobile order at 11:29 PM & was in the drive-thru to pick it up at 11:38 PM. Got there & nobody answered the drive-thru. I drove around to see if it may be broken and the girl taking orders was chatting with someone at the first window. She saw us, threw her hands up, & walked away. They handed an order out of the 2nd window so I pulled up. The dirty dude with the long ponytail turned his back and walked away like he didn't just see us. The short guy or girl was at the counter ignoring us as well. At this point, I canceled the order because they clearly didn't want to make it. I then drove around to leave and she was taking someone's order from the same speaker we got no response from. I pulled up to her window in front of the other car to get her name & she left again. This time she put a mask on her face as well. Nobody responded to us at the window & then they went to the back window & handed food out to the car behind us. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE & I've never experienced service that horrible in my life. You guys see all these bad reviews about the same staff, DO SOMETHING. Find people who want to work with better attitudes and that actually bathe before coming to work. Ponytail guy is FILTHY. I don't see how y'all even trust him around food. The little girl in the drive-thru has no manners or respect. She needs to flirt and give free food away on her own time. They also had friends waiting in the parking lot. I wonder why? Your surveillance cameras will show everything just as I described it happened. DO SOMETHING about these trashy employees!!
