The only thing that disappointed me about Taste is the Valley is how long it took me to find it. I made a 40 minute drive to see what I thought and it's the type of establishment that I love. It does sit back off the road a little so pay attention or you'll have to turn around and come back. The service was extremely friendly yet very genuine. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Under new ownership with free wifi and is opened until 4pm. The new owner is hands on and talked to guests. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Lunch features a large variety of sandwiches, salad and soup of the day. They also serve breakfast. Make sure you check this place out.

This is a Mennonite owned restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch. While in the area we had breakfast there a few times and lunch once. The food is good and the people are friendly. You go up to the counter and order what you want and they call you when it is ready. From what I can tell everything is homemade.
