Not quite sure what to do here. I guess if this gets remedied I'll remove the review. Dragontown is currently accepting orders and taking payment, the open sign and lights are on. The front door is blocked by construction but there is a sign on the sidewalk that says to use the back door. There's nobody inside though. I hope everything is okay. I also hope they refund me the $23.81 they charged for food they didn't make.

The best Chinese food in Bellevue in my opinion. Lo mein is fire here ❤️ No frills on he inside, but delicious food and nice people if you are willing to take the chance on somewhere new. Pretty affordable too.

Overall the food was good. Not great, but good. Like others have alluded to, it was a weird vibe that the dining room is empty and orders were brought in already bagged through the front door. If food is being prepared off site, is that kitchen up to health code standards? Is it their own food or are they essentially a ghost kitchen now? Just not what I was expecting, and left me with questions.

The one star reviews are a bit harsh but not completely off base. Food came in from outside? So they're not cooking onsite it seems. Taste is mid, a little bland but not bad by any means. Could definitely taste some fish sauce which was nice. Vegetables seemed fresh enough with a bit of crunch still. Wait was a little longer than you'd want, but again not outrageous. People were nice.
It was a very bad experience 👎
it wasn’t worth it
Absolutely disgusting attitude from the short white lady at the front. I wouldn’t want someone like her coming close to my food. Order from China Sea.
Gross…
If your restaurant is "Open" ANSWER THE PHONE. I tried calling five times tonight for take out but no answer.

The dim lighting above and dirty carpet below made the lack of sound coming the kitchen stand out as I sat in the empty dining room waiting for my order.
I guess the new owner is incompetent. I don't know how long I would have had to wait because my lunch break is only so long. I'm mad that I don't get to eat lunch today.
Maybe this is my fault for thinking the more expensive restaurant was worth a try. I suppose waiting longer technically held the possibility of being worth it, but if it takes over 40 minutes for 2 egg rolls and a pint of beef'n broccoli then I'd probably be a fool for holding any hope.

If I could give negative stars I would definitely avoid this place food wasn’t even edible.you know it’s bad when a Chinese restaurant can’t even make fried rice right.. this place needs shut down

Bland is the operative description here. I'm used to tasting some ginger, garlic, chilies, black vinegar and some other flavors, but really not much in our order. The technique was pretty good, just not flavorful.
And the fried rice was yellow, not really fried.
Egg roll was good!
