I loved everything about this gem. I ordered enough so I'd have leftovers for a midnight snack. The mouth watering aromas hit you the second you enter. I can't wait to return and try many other menu options. The stuffed meatballs are unbelievably delicious.

This was our first experience at Grill 565 and it did not disappoint. We weren’t super hungry and since it was a Tuesday night, we did what the locals do and got wings, truffle fries and my favorite, Brussels sprouts. It was a random selection but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The drink selection was superb and everything was very reasonably priced. The best part was our service…Becca is a very attentive and personable server and she made our night. From the moment we arrived, she was engaging … walking us through the menu and telling us all about the place. The Ambiance and service will bring us back!

The food here was very good for the price point. The meatball appetizer was probably the only thing that seemed like a smaller than expected portion, but that was probably due to the size of the plate rather than the actual quantity. The burger was very good and cooked to my liking on the first try. The fries were hot and fresh. The mac and cheese with Buffalo chicken was good but the chicken was a little rubbery/had a pre cooked feel to it. It was fine in the dish but the mac and cheese itself was way better than the chicken. Our server was very friendly. The only thing noticeably bad was the water had a very sulfur-y off taste to the point it was undrinkable.
Very good Pittsburgh borough restaurant bar. I was here for a wake lunch after a funeral for a family member. It is a laid back chill environment here which is what you'd expect from a bar restaurant. I was very impressed with the quality of the food here. We had on the lunch buffet, Chicken Piccata in lemon caper sauce. It tasted excellent. Additionally there were sides of boiled potatoes and green beans, both very good. As an honest comment, I totally cleaned my plate. After my first visit on August of 2025 I'd totally recommend this place for a group event. Well done 565! 👍👍

I recently hosted my book club here and the owners were so very helpful, nice, and accommodating to our group. Our waitress provided excellent service (she came in several hours early just for us) and was super friendly. The food was delicious, I highly recommend their homemade mac and cheese as it was the BEST I have ever had. Thank you so much Grille 565!!

Great food, bands, and outside deck. Ask for a barrel of whiskey. The best I've had in a long time. Food is awesome especially the zucchini 🍟 fries and filled pretzels everything just fantastic. Definitely a gotta check it out place.....
