Service was inexcusably slow on 08/31/2025 at 4:00PM. I waited 30 minutes after ordering and paying before receiving my food. I ordered a basic #1 combo. There was a minimal number of other customers at the time of my order. I counted at least 4 workers.

The worker who eventually fulfilled my order, a thin, Caucasian man with dreadlocks, was helpful, apologetic, and stated his intention to pay for my next meal. I appreciated this gesture, but he should have been previously authorized by management to issue me a gift card right then instead of writing down my name in preparation for my next visit. Nonetheless, this worker should be rewarded for his efforts and dedication, and I would be happy to hire him to work at my business.

Woww this place has sadly gone down hill. From the unprofessioanlism of the “trainer” to speed . The wait for drive thru with no one here at 615 is laughable for fast food
I think I have been here now 15 min to just get a 2 piece combo meal at dinner time . KFC probably better off closing this place . Seems like the whole place needs closed - the trainer shows how to catch me out. Confirmed the order. Waited and waited …
Order came out wrong . A 2 piece meal wrong kind of laughable
I asked for the right order and he yelled at me to chill. Then apologizes since he had zero help . He does but obviously no one can do anything . Sad to say KFC. Just close this location for the betterment of the brand

Terrible customer service. We went through the drive through and got a 16 pc family meal that includes (4 sides). We picked, fries - Mac and cheese - and 2 mashed potatoes. We asked for dark meat orginal because my family’s picky and really only like the thighs and drums. Getting to the window, they made us aware that they don’t have a full 16 piece of original so he said OK you can do half crispy half original, Then they proceeded to say that they had no sides except for mashed potatoes, And I asked the kid what time do you guys close because mind you we’re going through this drive-through at 7:01PM, and he Proceeded to tell me they don’t close until 11. For them to have nothing literally that we ordered and to get home and only have two drumsticks and our 16 family piece meal and the rest were breasts and thighs. The kids working are lazy, I need to learn how to do a job Instead of standing around with an attitude gossiping.

Dirty disgusting filthy place. Looked like somebody picked their nose and wiped the boogies all over drive up window. Customer service was poor. Department of health needs to shut the doors on this place. As for the food it was hard to eat. Hopefully I don’t get sick from filth and cross contamination.

Awful location with lazy employees. Many times items like chicken tenders or nuggets are dry from sitting under heat lamps. Employees stand around and take forever to acknowledge customers at the counter, and that's if you can even get into the dining room. The lazy employees regularly lock the dining room doors an hour or more before close. I just went at 8pm and all the doors were locked when there's a sign on the door that the dining room is open till 9pm. Typical lazy people that don't wanna do the job they're being paid to do.

It’s 8:45 and they close at 10:30 but they have all the lights turned off and even the drive thru sign lights off to look closed. The people there were so bothered by us daring to order food almost two hours before they closed. When we pulled up to the window they didn’t say anything just took my card, didn’t tell me a total, didn’t say anything just had her AirPods in. We had thought we were missing an item and my husband said excuse me like 5 times with the AirPods girl having her back turned toward him ignoring him. We weren’t missing an item it turns out they decided to put a cold order of Cole slaw inside the box of chicken? If you hate your job so bad, quit but you make people not want to eat there because you act like it’s an inconvenience to have customers. The store was empty and we were the only ones in the drive thru so it’s not like they were busy.

Inside the restaurant is very nice, good atmosphere for family dinner. They have one round hugh table. Drive thru tight and located right at the beginning of the driveway.
