This is the worst door dash delivery from KFC in Bellevue on Ohio River Blvd. We didn't get our sides and the chicken is gross cooked in old oil! Never going back. I wish I could post a picture of how nasty it was. There were feathers on the gross chicken too

Two cars spend 20 minutes before order taken for first car it's 713 pm Nov 11 now still haven't taken a order trapped in line by cars behind. 7pm dining room closed due to short staff playing on the phone not helping others while short handed

Lazy workers were essentially closing the store down over an hour before their advertised closing time. I placed an online order and upon arrival, the workers there claimed they were out of everything I ordered (3 tenders and 12 nuggets) and only had fried chicken left. I did not want this as a replacement and that told me I had to cancel my order through the app. I then had to jump through hoops and sit in hold with customer service for 20 minutes just to cancel my order that they supposedly couldn't fulfill.

Just your average KFC. I will say the prices have gone a little high and you may sit in the drive-through for five minutes before you are waited on but if you like at KFC chicken, this is where you get it.

My daughter really wanted something she saw on a commercial I went through ordered the food on my phone. got there, they said the kitchen was closed and they didn't have on hand what I had ordered and couldn't prepare and I was supposed to cancel the order. I went to cancel the order. I couldn't find the order via their web app or phone app to even cancel it. so then I have to dispute it through my credit card company just to get $12 back. what a waste of time.

I ordered throught Grubhub {Which dont do} my order was supposed to include a biscuit, drink, and two sauces never got any of those. Oh and about Grubhub I had my order stolen 2x before, although they gave me a credit I dont recomend.
