Order online then wait 9 minutes for them to make it but somehow the chicken still isn't fresh🤦‍♂. I really don't understand why companies say order ahead been then don't prepare anything. It was not even a busy time of day.

Food cold, forgot my order by the time I got to the pick up window. Just ok..13 bucks for chicken tenders and a drink... yikes.

First time having Popeye's chicken... what was I missing out on.... EVERYTHING. You win the chicken sandwich battle in my opinion.
The sweet tea, I need a gallon of it.
The cole slaw has a little kick to it and it is outstanding.
Super friendly staff.
Hot food.
Clean dining area.
Absolutely loved it & a fan for life.

First time at Popeyes and told the manager cashier lady and asked if it was better than KFC she gave me a piece of chicken to try and oh my God it was delicious so much better! I had to buy more!! Amazing service above and beyond ❤️❤️ will be back again!!!

Ordered 6 piece sweet and spicy 6 piece lemon pepper
Large Mac n cheese
Large mashed potatoes
Spicy chicken combo with fries
Total came to $40
My son did not receive his spicy chicken sandwich just fries that came loosely in a bag!
I tried to call the establishment to speak with someone and can’t get through!
Horrible service if the lady would pay attention to the customer instead of talking on the phone on her earbuds
My order would be correct
Will not recommend establishment and I will not back!

Always good place to stop and eat. People are friendly not over friendly.

Placed order at 10:17pm on 9/8/25. Told it would be a 4-5 minute wait. 3 other orders come out, workers start leaving the store. I go back to the window and am told it’s a special item that takes 10-15 minutes to make. The store is almost closed, I asked for a refund because I had been waiting the 10 minutes already and the food still hasn’t been started because I was told it would still be another 8-10 minutes. I double checked the time to make sure I wasn’t going right at closing and the store is open until 11 PM. I could just tell they didn’t wanna make my order and we’re trying to get out of there for the evening after taking my payment I probably won’t get my refund back either Just don’t expect to get your food if you order after 10:15 at this location.

Their own website says they're open till 10:30. Google says they're open till 11:00. I drive by at 9:55 p.m. and they have plastic cones blocking the drive-thru in the whole place is closed. Please put accurate hours of operation. It's really not that hard
