Slow, but good

I ordered strawberry biscuits and they were out. They offered strawberry pies and gave me apple pies instead which I am allergic to. Consistently bad service here

super irritating after waiting for 20 minutes inside and getting the completely wrong order… nobody looks at you or acknowledges you in here. nobody cares about your order. they are just inconvenienced youre in there at all
I ordered online and they actually got my whole order correct and nothing was missing. I'm so used to getting delivery and something being wrong or missing. The ghost pepper chicken sandwich was amazing. I def like them better then chick fil A hundred percent:)

Ordered delivery food was supposed to be arrive at 6:49 it kept updating and adding 15 mins everytime I would check. It’s been 2hrs and I have not received the food. This is disgusting and disgraceful behavior with no sense of respect for peoples time. Phone number on order doesn’t work. This is completely unacceptable.

If I could give Popeyes restuarants customer service a zero stars I would. My drive thru order was WRONG. I ordered chicken tenders, they gave us chicken pieces. I called the store to speak to the manager. The employee said callback in 10 minutes. I called back and the same employee pretended to be the manager. I'm not stupid they were trying to play games. I tred cooperate and you can't speak to a person. I am discussed with this. I would like to talk to someone incorporate. If not I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!@
Ghost pepper chicken sandwich had no sauce on it so it was just a basic ass sandwich?? Like they just left that whole part out. Fun.
