Scoops is a local restaurant chain that sells ice creams (cones, sundaes, shakes, etc.) and some other desserts (cakes, cookies, etc.) I have visited this location in Bellevue three times. The employees promptly and politely served me.
Out of the dozens of flavors of ice creams, I tried about one dozen flavors, and I greatly enjoyed all of them. I also bought two flavors of cookies, and they tasted good. The interior of the restaurant has some seats, and it could use a little more shading from the sun.
Dietary restrictions: Some flavors are sugar-free or non-dairy.
Icecream is great but staff is not great. There on a Friday night and a friend asked for an allergy scoop. Staff dipped icecream out of the already used icecream and she had an allergic reaction. Thankfully it was a small contamination. But I was also not impressed with the staff who served me, unfriendly, and unkind.
Would not recommend and be careful if you have allergies.

Ordered a cake there before and it was absolutely the best icing & cake I've had but this time we had a smaller group so I ordered a cupcake cake using 14 cupcakes. It was decorated so beautifully it looked just like a cake. Once again they were the best cupcakes!
