Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Order was estimated 16-21 minutes. Took over 35. They made half the order and let it sit while they made the other half. Once the food was done they left it sitting on the counter, and moved on to making new orders instead of giving me the order.
Half of the food was cold and they forgot part of the order.
They gave me new fries, which then took longer. They covered the fries in an at least triple the amount, making them inedible.
Will not come back to this location.
I rarely write reviews but they were not kind or friendly.

The flavors are decent. The quality of chicken is mediocre. BSB is king. And wings over Pittsburgh is good quality. But Wingstop is ok the service is very good and they completed my walk in order very quickly I was happy.
