Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them. it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

(For the record, there was a woman that word cashierthat was always sweet to me and my lady when wecame there. Wherever she is I hope she's doing well andhappy that she moved on from that workenvironment)!!My lady & I decided to order from here (keep in mindwe left a tip on the mobile order and the cheese sauceis a dollar and some change), we decided to ordervoodoo fries but we wanted to get the cheese on theside, we didn't see it an option on the app so weselected no cheese thinking we can just ask for it on theside when picking it up. Upon arriving and making therequest they are saying that we had to be charge for theside of cheese when our order of fries comes withcheese and we are explaining it to him why we areasking for it on the side. They will not let us leave withthe G without paying. When writing a report toWingstop's customer service we requested a name so Icalled the Wingstop location we had went to ask for thename of the person working the cashier the managertold me that he was the manager and I could continuemy problem with him. As I'm explaining to him theproblem he proceeded to interrupt me and yell at methe whole time not ever clearly explaining anythinganything to me. Just telling me to "go ahead and callthem go ahead and call them". I simply feel like I waswrongly charged for something that comes with myorder instead of trying to be understanding about theissue they were just rude and obnoxious. Not tomention they hung the phone up on me and won't pickup my call again. The customer service here is appallingand after dealing with management it's clear why thatis. They make every other fast food place around thearea seem like they have Chick-fil-A service.

Good location with easy access and dedicated parking on ARB in Bellevue.Loved the fries! The wings were good but I was expecting a little more. I can't really put my finger on it, but it seems like something was missing.Service was good. The place was clean. If I get a hankering for wings, I probably would go back.Parking: Easy access.Wheelchair accessibility: Located right at the front door.

Sticking to the facts. The team is not sanitary at this location. No gloves was used during the prepping OR making of my food. Kid worker (understandably childish at this age) has an attitude on making the wings.Not sure if it's purely unprofessional skills or apathy or both. Over 30 bucks wasted. I will never return to this particular wing stop. I also will never recommend wingstop to anyone.

The service isn't great, but I've always had good luck with the food. I've never had to wait as long as other people are saying for an order, but they always take longer than the time they give.

The food is okay, not all the hype that everyone gives it on social media. The restaurant itself seems chaotic, workers seem to not understand much of anything. The guy they had at the front didn’t seem to know how to count money, he didn’t understand what customers were asking when ordering as well, and even when I told him my name for my online order he said it wasn’t ready, about 10 minutes of waiting and another guy walked up and asked for my name and the order was on the shelf the whole time. If anything I felt bad for the guy, especially because there was a line and clearly others waiting on their orders which were probably on that shelf as well.

Expect to wait 20+ minutes every order. Evening workers are constantly chatting and will stop to have conversations while making food. Seems like a place they use to hang out and can’t multitask or actually work. Looks like door dashers are always waiting as well. So not only are these employees ok making customers wait but people who rely on delivery for a living. Door dash workers- decline this location. Not worth the wait.

Placed a Super Bowl order , of 50wings. Walked in the whole crew greeted me with a smile, had our order ready! Great quick fast service

First and last time.Got the 30 wing bundle.28 soggy wings.No celery or carrots.All ranch when blue cheese was requested.A half empty basket of ice cold fries.All for entirely TOO MUCH MONEY for the quality.My fav-the request for a tip for their crew on the checkout screen for carry out. Here’s a tip, Wingstop: QUIT EXPECTING THE CUSTOMER TO PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES AND STEP UP. YOU MIGHT GET A BETTER QUALITY OF WORKER.

We ordered the 30 piece crew pack for takeout tonight. Comes with fries and veggie sticks. We did not receive our fries. We ordered 3 different flavors 10 of each flavor. I was missing one in the flavor I chose and all but one was a drum. The flavor was pretty weak. My wife could not eat hers. I won't be back. I'll stick with big shot bobs.

I say maybe the 1st week it was okay. The blonde hair woman manager (Daytime) very rude & sassy!! Her aura gives I'm looking for confrontation soon as you interact w/her (by phone & in person). I watched the tall girl w/long thick black hair sweep the floor, go in the back touch her hat then start helping w/chicken. A guy asked why no gloves... the blond manager very sassy "we're not allowed to wear gloves, if you don't like it go somewhere else". She's so bad for business!! They messed my order up & another manager says give his name for a new one, of course the blondie was super rude!! Top it off chicken wasn't fully cooked! Will never go back there!

I decided to try this Wingstop for the 1st time and was completely disappointed. I ordered online and got a message that the wings would be ready in 16 to 20 mins. I showed up in 16 mins and I could see the cook putting the Garlic Parm on my wings. I was hungry and decided to have a few wings as soon as I got them into my car. I was surprised they werent hot to the touch...and werent even close to bein hot and fresh like wings that just came out of the fryer ...even though I was on time picking them up. Why ? I'm not stupid. It's because they were OLD. They were hard to bite, too, because they were hard from being at least an hour or 2 old. We all know when fries are old. This was the exact same thing. $17 for 15 cold, old wings. I wish I had read the reviews on here 1st. There wont be a 2nd chance from me. I give this place 1 year to go out of business, just like the lousy pizza place that used to be located here. I'm gonna go back to the place that I know makes their wings good, fresh and hot to order...The Grove on Jacks Run Rd.
