Awesome wings and fish fry. Not much to look at but man the food is great.

I've been looking forward to going here for months to try their seafood boils. The boil itself was plentiful with crab legs and shrimp. The sausage was completely burnt to a crisp. Couldn't even eat it. We ordered our food around 6:30pm and started noticing people all around us who not only came in but ordered way after us receiving their food before us. We didn't end up getting our food until 8:30pm. The service was terrible. The one waitress actually told us to go up to the bar and get our own beer because she was busy. We were there for 2 hours waiting for our food and got checked on twice. The atmosphere is dirty and dingy. The bathrooms are disgusting. Then a DJ came in and set up directly behind our table and turned disco lights on directly in our faces when we were still eating as two of us in our group didn't get food until around 9pm. We had to ask the waitress to turn them off at least until we finished eating. Very poor experience overall and I definitely won't go back. Sad because I grew up literally 2 miles up the road. My mother worked there when I was a kid. This was probably one of the 1st bars I went too when I turned 21. We knew the old owner who passed away a few years ago. This place needs a serious overhaul and hire more staff if your having big crowds with selling boils to keep customers happy. There were a lot of people complaining and yelling at the waitresses and it truly isn't their fault for the place being mismanaged. We jokingly said it would be interesting to see Bar Rescue come in there and see what he would say.

Whenever I drive by/through lil Belsano, between Ebensburg and Indiana I stop at The Grove for the best wings in Cambria county, the wings maintained a great cook even after a 20 min ride back to Indiana. By far one of the best hot sauces I’ve ever had! Perfect mix of fire and flavor!

My daughter and I had the dill dry rub wings and fresh cut fries at Valewood farms pumpkin patch today. Both were delicious.

Was asked to leave an explanation attached with my one star review so to keep it as professional as I can, the bar area has decently spaced seating. I originally made this one star review because we are beginning to plan out our bike runs and memorial rides for the summer and I keep a list of places to stop along the way. we Might stop in to check out the service and friendliness of the staff for drinks on future bike runs....but after seeing the back of the building and kitchen I won't consider ordering food until some much needed TLC is addressed. It seems like a nice spot though ? when the time and investments are made to address the TLC I'll be sure to order food and revise my review.

My group got fish and shrimp dinners as takeout for the fish fry season and they were absolutely fantastic. The portions were generous, pierogi were homemade, fish was crispy, and overall the food was simply excellent. The person in my group who went in to pick up our order also had a good customer service experience. An overall excellent stop for fish fry!
