I have known and visiting this place for almost 4 years now. I have tried many different boba tea places in and around philadelphia, somehow most of the places I tried disappointed me. The 7 cup was the only place which I liked among the other places. This place had good quality boba which were enhances the whole Thai tea experience. My favorite drink is Brown Sugar Matcha Milk tea, the earthy flavor of matcha blends perfectly with the creaminess of the milk, making it a refreshing and satisfying drink. My experience at this place was good 9/10 times. Very rarely I was disappointed with their drink. It’s bit on the costlier side given the size of the drink, but I don’t mind spending a dollar more where I know that the money is worth it and its like once in 2/3 months.

Amazing bubble tea! No matter what I’ve gotten it has been really good. My go-to is taro. I’ve also had mango (with mango popping bubbles is the best), black milk- and brown sugar maybe once as it’s very sweet. I usually get 60% sugar and it’s just enough. The place is super cute and aesthetic with the signs. They do have seating as well, extra desserts on the side, and a connecting ramen restaurant. My one negative is the service is a hit or miss. I don’t usually mind too much but I know people who find it so bad that they don’t want to return. If they improve their service, I feel like most people would happily return. All in all, I think it’s one of the best bubble tea places in Bucks.

I went to 7 Cups not just once, but three times, and each time I ended up getting disgusting drinks and very bad service from rude people. I asked a friend of mine to get me a drink from Kung Fu Tea instead of this place, but the drink was already purchased from 7 Cups. So, I called and explained to the lady nicely that I didn’t like the taste. I went in person to ask for a refund or exchange, and she refused both. She mentioned on the phone that she would make another drink, but she gave me a bad attitude and said “NO” while making an X sign with her hands. I calmly asked for an exchange, knowing it would still be bad, and she continued to give me attitude.
While the other lady made the drink, I saw them put water from the filter tap to make it. I questioned if she actually made my drink with tap water, and she gave me attitude and said it was filtered water. I thought to myself, “No wonder why the drinks taste bad all the time!” I’m going to file a complaint against this company because the drinks taste so bad. Before leaving, I told her that I didn’t ask for this place, 7 Cups; I asked for Kung Fu Tea, which is much cleaner and tastes way better. I also told her to drop her attitude.
I highly recommend never going to 7 Cups because it will waste your money, and you won’t enjoy the drinks! I suggest going to Kung Fu Tea to get your money’s worth and enjoy your drink! This place needs to go!

I was so excited to find a bubble tea place nearby but honestly, I won't be back. The girl in the front is rude and unknowledgeable about the products she's selling. I wanted to try the pudding so I asked what was in the pudding and she responded "It's pudding, just powder and water" I replied what's in the powder and she proceeded to give me the same response. So I just ordered what I normally do at a bubble tea place, Black milk tea. The jelly was hard and tasted horrible. Not a friendly or inviting environment and it shows in the product. Do yourself a favor and go to Mr. Wish it's much better.

Awesome drinks. But employee on clock about 7.30pm on 12/19/2023 speaks little English and doesn't seem to understand, as we do, weights and measurements. (We ordered sugar in green tea and she asked '30 or 60?' WTH does that mean?) But I have to score them poorly on atmosphere as she was playing Newsmax, with a televised Trump rally. So for all you MAGAs, Oath Keepers, Proud Boys, and QAnons, this place is for you!
