Truly the only authentic South Asian/Desi cuisine spot in town by far. Food is always freshly prepared. The portions are great and nearly all of the dishes including dessert are made with attention to detail. Typically, when you go to a South Asian restaurant, 1-2 dishes may be best but at Al-Azeez, all items ranging from Chicken Karahi, Lamb, Beef, Afghani goat Pulaw, veggie dishes, and Bar B Q seem to be star performers.

We looked for a Pakistani restaurant with authentic taste and atmosphere and we found it at Al-Azeez grill!
The goat karahi and the naan were delicious along with the tea in traditional clay like cups.

Visited Al-Azeez Grill while visiting Philadelphia with family, the food and atmosphere was amazing. Their Special Fish and Daal was really good and reminded me of local dhaba’s back in Pakistan. Upon inquiring they also do weekend special halwa poori nashta which I will definitely try in future.
