I got two cake slices and they probably would’ve been good had they not been dripping wet. The cakes were so soggy, like they’d been frozen and thawed I guess. I’ve never had frozen and thawed cake but I’ve also never had soggy cold dripping wet cake either. So I’m guessing they’d been frozen and then thawed. The taste was okay I guess but they were soggy and wet. Almost like cold cake soup. I threw both pieces out without finishing them. Nobody wants soggy wet cold cake.

Customer service was amazing! The woman behind the counter was extremely helpful, as it was my first visit to this bakery with my mom. The employee explained everything to us in a friendly manner. We got 5 things total for only $20 and she saw us eyeing up their homemade real fruit water ices, so she gave each of us one for free! All the treats were fresh and so good! We will definitely be back & I now know where my next bday cake is coming from lol. For the freshness, quality, and portions, their prices cannot be beat! Please keep in mind this is an authentic Guatemalan bakery, so their products are not the typical American bakery items, but are beyond worth a try. I saw some negative reviews that simply were due to ignorance of the type of bakery it is.

The person who serves you in the mornings doesn't care how you're going to get your food, they just throw you a bag, it's not clear if it's to carry your things or not, they're supposed to put them in it, and you even more willingly leave them a good tip.

Poor customer service! The lady behind the counter extremely rude.
My husband is staying in Bensalem for a few weeks for work and found this place to have some dessert. He loved it, he had a Tiramisu and a Strawberry layer cake and both were delicious. The bakery has also lots of bread options and some Guatemalan specialties. They make cakes for parties. He loved everything and the service was great

Went there for donuts as Google said they had them, but they don’t sell donuts. I didn’t buy anything else because they were the only thing I was interested in 🤷♂️
Very bad the internet time shows store is open we drive 45 min to get cake for my son and it’s already closed at 7:00 pm

The lady who was serving us looked like she wasn't interested in what we wanted and kept giving us looks and in addition to that I asked her a question about something and with an attitude she gave me an answer and the worst thing about that is that I asked her if one Of the pastries it was flan or cheesecake and he told me cheesecake when I got home I realized it was flan he also gave me the wrong change it seemed that since we left one of the worst experiences in a Hispanic place.
