I didn't think it was possible to mess up Lo Mein but it had absolutely no flavor. The soups are acceptable but I have had much better. The rainbow roll was also bland and flavorless. The potstickers were the only redeeming part of the meal.
Was expecting a more broad menu with more options, but that is on me for not doing my research. Portion sizes were great, but wasn't a fan of the quality of the food. Service was great, drinks were okay. It was a convenience dinner for a show we were attending at the casino... probably wont be back.
The food was excellent. I enjoyed the vegetable spring rolls and Gen Tso's Chicken. My husband had sushi and hot and sour soup. He gave his meal an okay rating but I loved mine. The friends we dined with thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well.
Not sure why this restaurant is rated so highly but it wasn't evident to us. Cocktails were minuscule. The server was non existent we had to ask a food runner for second round of drinks. We ordered vegetable spring rolls and a spicy tuna roll as our appetizer, the spring rolls hardly had any vegetables in them and the spicy tuna roll arrived after our dinner was served and without any soy sauce . We both ordered shrimp pad tai as our entree. The shrimp were not cooked in with the pad tai and were flavorless. Needless to say we will not be eating there again.
Well hostess was rude. Had reservation but made lots of us wait. Then when seated waited 10 min until server arrived. Server was good tho then. It was my gf bday and I noted it in app but they did nothing and I asked for a special celebratory dessert but they said they had nothing! Kinda sad.
Waiter didn't let me finished my drink order and walked away, never check on the table to see if everything was ok, food was ok, wouldn't go back
We arrived for our 6:30 reservation, we're told there was a couple ahead of us, that we'd be seated in 5 minutes. About 13 minutes later we were seated. Service was OK, food was good.
Enjoyed our meal immensely. The green beans were just right, the chicken was moist, not dry at all, the Rainbow 8 pc roll was very good and the lo mein was a perfect mix of noodle, vegetable, and meat. Looking forward to trying more noodle dishes in the future. The wait for the food was not long at all. It was a relaxing, intimate setting as well.
Bar maid was awesome and food was delicious as always. Shrimp tempura roll was finally available.
when we arrived at 5pm, there was no bartender there, so we could only order beer or wine, no mixed drinks. we ordered sushi and spring rolls as an appetizer which were fine. the sushi tasted fresh even though the presentation of the spring rolls was borderline sloppy and was nothing special. we ordered their house fried rice and the japanese ramen for dinner, both looked and tasted like they were microwaved. the fried rice lacked any sort of seasoning, had no vegetables, and was still cold to the touch in areas. the ramen was terrible. it came with three very tough, fatty slices of grey-colored pork, old hard boiled eggs, the broth was oily and flavorless, the noodles were glued together in a wad like they were from days ago. this place looked nice, our waitress was pleasant, but overall this was a terrible experience. we hardly ate a bite of our dinners and the price was over $100. this price included a glass of chardonnay (which was one of the worst wines i've ever had, i did not drink it), and two beers (the second one was ordered because i was not drinking that nasty wine!) will not ever go back here.

We went to Parx casino to see the comedian Kathleen Madigan and made reservations for dinner before the show at Bambu because the other two restaurants were booked. We were happy and enjoyed the meal - prices were very reasonable and my lychee martini = perfect.
Food was over priced and over cooked. Service was slow and forgetful. Watched out drinks being made and they had very little to no alcohol in them.
Our experience wasn't good to say the least. There was no host at the front desk and the servers just watched us standing there. Keep in mind, the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Maybe 6 other patrons were there. After about 5 minutes, one server across the restaurant waived us down to the empty booth they were at. Half the food we tried to order from the menu wasn't available with no notice. Our server was inattentive and forgetful. Getting something simple as a water refill seemed to be a 10 minute ordeal. Again, the place wasn't busy at all at this time. The food we are able to order was fine. The place was also clean so no issue there. Overall, not a place I'd visit again or recommend.
John was an amazing bartender, quick service and accurate orders. I was amazed at this level of professionalism and kindness offered here!! Absolute Gem within Bensalem

Very underwhelmed. Food was okay but I was expecting something grandiose considering it was in a casino. Wouldn’t come back.
