Extremely disappointed in this place I’ve frequently visited BK over they years this last time I stopped in the place is nasty needs professional cleaning

The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is bc the food was not hot, not even warm. We went inside the restaurant around 7:30p, and ordered the Spongebob collab bundle. Sadly, they were out of the Shake, but it’s okay. The food was good. But again, room temperature really killed it for me.
The collab bundle is $15.
This location is very spacious with a nice play zone for kids. Lots of seating and neat enough.

Tonight I was racially profiled by young white man in the drive thru I place my order then he told me to come the first window so I paid then he told me wait at the first window then we will wave to me come to the next window to get my food another car came behind me and pooled right up to the second window. I will never go back there.

Possibly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I was the only car in the drive thru when I pulled up. Placed my order, and this part was my mistake, I gave my code after. This made them ring me up for a second sandwich I didn’t want so I told them to delete it. Get to the window and pay, go to the next window. I’m sitting there for close to 20 minutes waiting, keep in mind I was the first and only car there for a while. Then in that span they come up to me 3 times asking what I got or confirming other people’s orders thinking I was them. Then I get handed a random drink I didn’t order and look at the bag and the receipt showed the sandwich I asked to be taken off. The manager then comes over angry saying he took it off and demanded the bag back. I gave it and while he went to check I realized my receipt I paid for was correct and they just put the wrong receipt on the bag. I apologized, and this dude gives me attitude like “man I knew I wasn’t wrong”. Sorry for my lack of confidence after waiting this long for a basic order with no one else in line, people questioning my order constantly and already getting a wrong item. Then I get home and the food was cold, after waiting all that time it wasn’t even fresh. My wife’s chicken sandwich had a hair in it and the lettuce was completely brown. Not like a brown spot but just brown all the way through. So in summation, the service was terrible, the speed was terrible, and the food was terrible. Can’t see myself going back to this location. Completely went down hill over the years.

Horrible horrible cold food...Not a soul here knew what they were doing. If the zombie doing fries and nuggets could have been slower he'd be in reverse.
Go some where else.....unless you want wrong cold food.
A family while we were here literally took their order back 7 times and it was wrong every time. They eventually gave up.

Got the flu after eating here, there must have been a sick employee coughing on the food. Immediatly after eating the food I came down with a bad flu/virus that lasted a week.

We stopped here late at night for a bite to eat. The drive thru was only open for another 30 minutes or so but the employee at the window, Latia, was an absolute superstar. So upbeat and happy even for the late hour, and made sure we had everything we wanted, right down to the Burger King crown. She deserves raise! Thanks, Latia, you made our night!

This Burger King 👑 is great. Foods solid and the seating area is nice cause they kept the sunroom. Something about sitting in the sunroom with your meal just feels right. Anyway, foods solid but could be assembled with a little more care. I'd rather have it correct then super fast and wrong.

There’s just too many consistent errors with my orders at this place. Seems like every order I place, something’s wrong or missing. Food is usually on point but it’s just not worth dealing with having your order messed up everytime you go there. The one in Franklin Mills has messed up less smh

3 kids(including shift manager just standing around doing NOTHING but talkin in a circle behind counter. Spent over $75 for food for myself and family and they STILL FORGOT ITEMS when I drove through!! I guess that's NOT a job even a KID can do in their sleep!!

They took way too long
I went into Burger King along with my husband to pick up an order and we both used the restrooms. He said the restrooms had a very strong oder of urine and was dirty. I used the ladies room and the toilet was filthy and nasty.
