This BK is usually great..... if you get the right crew. There's one chick with big ass fake eyelashes who always seems like she's having the worst day ever, rolling her eyes, forgetting shit then blaming you. Once I finally got my forgotten shake, I ordered another thing to go and she put it down on the counter with out letting me know (I was near by but talking to someone) so not only rude but petty. But if she's not there it's enjoyable!

Amanda the manager has zero customer service skills and does not represent Burger King well. She ignored me when I was in the store waiting to be helped and was more worried about her vape she dropped. It makes total sense now she is probably on some kind of substance and not with it. She refused to give me her name or the DMs info. I had to ask another worker for her name. When I asked Amanda who the manager was she said I am and I don't have time to deal with you. I have better food options and will never be back to this store again and will certainly share my experience with others. If your short staffed just close the store or hire more qualified people

I love this burger king. I go here all the time, and i won’t go to another location ever. Every time I go through the drive thru, I am treated with respect and kindness. There was a few times my order wasn’t correct, but the manager Josh always handled it correctly and professionally. Hopefully the evening shift gets some recognition they deserve. Thanks burger king.
Never use burger king delivery. Everytime i ordered food for delivery im missing items. The bags are sealed shut, so clearly they are the ones making the mistakes.

Literally 5 Ming’s ago I ordered 2 crispy wraps and I guess they ran out of chicken so the ripped up a patty or half bitten chicken an placed it on my wraps. Just say no more wraps if anything. Don’t play with ppl food. One girl was there doing everything by herself with the same gloves on making food and taking money
