This Burger King 👑 is great. Foods solid and the seating area is nice cause they kept the sunroom. Something about sitting in the sunroom with your meal just feels right. Anyway, foods solid but could be assembled with a little more care. I'd rather have it correct then super fast and wrong.

There’s just too many consistent errors with my orders at this place. Seems like every order I place, something’s wrong or missing. Food is usually on point but it’s just not worth dealing with having your order messed up everytime you go there. The one in Franklin Mills has messed up less smh

3 kids(including shift manager just standing around doing NOTHING but talkin in a circle behind counter. Spent over $75 for food for myself and family and they STILL FORGOT ITEMS when I drove through!! I guess that's NOT a job even a KID can do in their sleep!!

I went into Burger King along with my husband to pick up an order and we both used the restrooms. He said the restrooms had a very strong oder of urine and was dirty. I used the ladies room and the toilet was filthy and nasty.

Food was terrible don't go their before closing their food is garbage. Mozzarella fries were rock hard the burgers were nasty vegetables soggy food was gross and they took so long getting my order the car behind was beeping the horn.

This place used to be great but ever since they changed district managers the atmosphere has drastically changed. I used to know their old DM Renee from when I’d come in & she was always great! This guy Frank Reynolds is horrible! The workers used to seem a little happy & laugh with both the customers & each other, leaving for a great experience! Not anymore, the place is clearly miserable, it’s so much dirtier & extremely chaotic. There’s clearly no coordination, the food takes forever to come out, when it does it’s just a mess. The fried food always comes out looking like it’s been in dirty fryers & the burgers are sloppy. And if you try to take these issues to a manager, good luck; that manager Josh that used to work here would always fix any problems & would always be polite; now it’s not even worth a mention. The new manager Claire looks like she’s on drugs. I’ve been a regular for years but I won’t go here anymore I’m just one person but I know I’m not the only customer seeing this.

This BK is usually great..... if you get the right crew. There's one chick with big ass fake eyelashes who always seems like she's having the worst day ever, rolling her eyes, forgetting shit then blaming you. Once I finally got my forgotten shake, I ordered another thing to go and she put it down on the counter with out letting me know (I was near by but talking to someone) so not only rude but petty. But if she's not there it's enjoyable!
