Went to the grand opening last night, the food was amazing!! I had the cheesesteak quesadilla and the crunch with carnitas, both were exceptional! The service was great as well, everyone was extremely friendly.

Loved it the first time we were here and now that their kitchen is open. It did not disappoint. The new menu is awesome and the environment was equally awesome. The Cubana is my favorite and those Bavarian pretzels and beer cheese are so good. I highly recommend it. Great job Tim and Breandon and Julie!!!!!

Grand opening tonight 11/22/24 ! Can’t wait for a great excuse to Dilla. Tim and Breandon are all smiles as they work hard to give guests great food and great service. If you can’t go tonight just make it a date any time for any reason. We are in Lehigh valley and look forward to driving an hour for dilla ❤️

The service is EXCELLENT! One of the owners, Tim took time to chat with us while serving his amazing food with a smile. The food is “Out of Bounds “! The favors all worked. Run to this place, you will not be disappointed. The Smash was delicious! Highly recommend. The combination of the pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo and pico de gallo seem to seamlessly work together with the beef. Sounds simple but it is anything but! We will be returning.

For my vegetarian friends the Crunchy Hippie is a must !! The tofu is smoked to perfection and the chipotle mayo takes it to the next level. According to my husband, the Smash was an amazing quesadilla burger. All of the elements worked together perfectly. Can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend you add this place to your list.

The food was really delicious and fresh. Customer service was amazing. We had never heard of this place and decided to give it a try and we were so happy we did. Brendan the owner was awesome as well. Making sure we were good and that our food came out super fast. 20/10 and you have to try the beer cheese, AMAZING!
