This was the first time I had been to a Chick-fil-A and no wait in the drive through. I ordered 30 grilled nuggets and large Mac and cheese. Unfortunately they were out of Mac and cheese. So I waited 11 mins for them to make more. Since I had to wait I ordered extra Mac and cheese. You really can't go wrong. The only thing I noticed was how low the containers were filled with Mac and cheese. I'm not sure if it's shrink-flation, but it's the first time I've experienced 3/4 filled containers from Chick-fil-A. Otherwise, I would open a location by me in a heartbeat. Chick-fil-A is a great place to stop by and is the future of fast food.
Typically visit the location on Street Rd however this location was on the way home that day. Typically we have no issues with my dad having celiac, however this location forgot the gluten free bun for his sandwich. Any other place we check the order, but the other location never gets it wrong so we didn't check this restaurant, but we should have lol got all the way home for my dad to have no bun lol & too far to go back so he made it work. They weren't busy at all so I'm not sure how it happened but let's just say we'll stick to our normal location lol. Mistakes happen & we're all human! Definitely not the end of the world.

Chik fil a restaurants tend to be a notch above other fast food places in my opinion. This location happens to be the best of the best. I usually do curbside pickup. I’ve visited here today and so many other times in the past, morning noon and night. Always fast, food is always good, and people are always nice. Can’t ask for much more.

We decided to stop at this location while we were out school shopping, we don’t go to Chic Fil A often but it was a girls day shopping and we needed some human interaction and good hospitality. The folks were super friendly as always at Chic Fil A and the food was great however this time nobody came and asked if we wanted our drinks refilled or offered to take our trays. They were a little stingy with the Chic FilA Sauce and the dining area wasn't very clean, sticky tabletops, crumbs on table, difficulty finding a clean table

Asked for a sausage n cheese biscuit NO EGG!!!!!!!!! I corrected the lady 3 times when she said egg and cheese no sausage get the food it had no egg on the front so I assumed it was right got all the way home and it’s egg and cheese no sausage!!!!!!!!!! Now I waste 10 dollars on something that isn’t gonna be ate!! Will never eat here again

Standard chick fil a, except it’s not very kid friendly to eat there. They renovated it and took out the play place. Whomp whomp.
Parking: A majority of the parking near the doors is for online pickup orders, so the only parking is in the back (which is normally fine, but not as great navigating such a busy parking lot with kids)
Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly anymore. Skip and find one with a play place

This chick fil a is horrible and messed up my order every single time and atp it’s just unfixable and the only way to truly be happy is to just avoid this chick fil a all together. They mess up EVERY time I’m here and sometimes they can’t hear me and say it’s my fault but you guys don’t fix those things or try to avoid it by repeating our order back or anything?? I even called one time to complain and the managers were very violent and threatened me and I had to call back and speak with a more mature manager that seemed like the only one who knew what they were doing. If you want to have a good chick fil an experience, go to any chick fil a besides this one.
