I usually have great experiences l, but this time there were two things bothered me. The first thing was while I was eating. A manager was having an in depth coaching conversation at the table right behind me. She was blaming the young girl to the point where I felt bad. As a Store Manager for another company, these conversations should be away from customers. The second thing that made me sick was as I was leaving, I threw out unused ketchup packs and the worker picked them out the trash can and put them back for others to used.

I come through this Drive Thru more often than a person should. However, I have never experienced a friendlier and sweeter group of staff anywhere. Yes, they know me by name. But they welcome me with big smiles, make me laugh, and literally brighten my day! The food is amazing, as always.

Waited for a number one forever while they help 20 to 30 customers in drive thru dude was waiting and was smart went out to drive thru and got help before my food never got ready. Couldn’t wait any longer never got food but they were very polite and was very clean. You owe me about 10 bucks.

I pull up, old lady in front of me ordered a big ass order and I already knew I should’ve pulled into the other side but anyways that’s not apart of the story
I order the chicken wrap and ask for “RANCH” they give me avocado lime ranch…. And I’m allergic to avocado ( just showing the importance of giving sb exactly what they asked for ) so I didn’t see till I got to work, had to come back and so I point to the avocado packet and say “do you have this but regular ranch ? Not avocado lime ranch” She tells some guy “can you go get an avocado lime ranch” I say “no I asked for that size, but in garden her RANCH. she gives me a small garden herb ranch the size of a nugget sauce….. I say again this time “no do you have… THISSSS ( pointing to the nugget ranch sauce ) in THISSSS sizeeee ( pointing to the avocado lime ranch ) and the she says do you want the big packet of ranch? w a tone as if I’m dumb and that’s not what I’ve beeeen asking for…. so I just say yes. All over some ranch that I been asked for.

I don’t understand why every time i come to this specific location there is ALWAYS an issue with my order. I ordered two veggie wrap meals, and a market salad. They asked me to park in front of the restaurant, no problem. Let me know why EVERY SINGLE TIME my wrap is ALWAYS messed up. The first time they gave me a cool wrap instead of a veggie wrap, now this time they decided to take the cheese out of the wrap when i didn’t order it without cheese??? I have given this location numerous chances and I am officially done. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to the location in Trevose where they get your order right, and the food tastes fresher. Not going to spend $30+ for mediocre food.
Everytime i come to this location they forget something !! First my straws now ya forget my sauce??? And I ordered Mac and cheese and i got no utensils. I’m done coming here. Also my fries are cold!

Yesterday 5-21-2025 , I made a mobile order , I ordered the 2 salads 1- spicy southwest salad and 1 Cobb salad and also The chicken sandwich meal. After an hour of eating the salads my Daugther and I experience stomach cramps followed by sever diarrhea that lasted about 2hrs. We now know we had some form of food poisoning. We didn’t eat anything before having the salads and of course we couldn’t eat anything afterwards. Today 5-22-2025 our stomachs are still uneasy with no stomach cramps and the diarrhea is not as severe as last night.
