As a signature member of Chick Fil A last 5 years I can say I was disappointed tonight. I have been to many Chik Fil A s in the area and never had been served a cold chicken sandwhich and cold waffle fries. I have been to this location 5 times this year and it has been good! Not sure what the deal was this time. No sauces , cold fries cold chicken sandwhich. I got a free entree from the manager of this location so I figured I would support this particular store but was not impressed with the food. Still a fan of Chick fil A but felt like I was at a Wendy's or taco bell when they mess up your order tonight. Please up your game 🎮 🙏

The staff was polite and they were nice-which goes a long way with me. The food was done was exactly the way it's supposed to be. We'll be back again.

It's sad that I don't hear Christian instrumental anymore. Rather now we hear the regular radio, even allowing lyrics now too? Hm ? Not the same vibe or presence. Everything else was nice though. Couldn't give 5 stars for the point made above.

Good service at the drive thru, very clean facilities and great food. It's Chick-fil-A, of course the experience is good. Only issue was they forgot the sauces. No big deal.

Love this chick fil a! The employees are friendly, and seems that they keep employees. My daughter and her friends claimed this location as the “Pre-School hang out” the employees would recognize us and we loved that. The rewards with the app are great I literally get 1 every week or two! The ladies who clean here are the absolute sweetest! My daughter had an accident and I went to look for a mop, but the employee insisted on cleaning it. I was embarrassed but she lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and made me feel better as a toddler mom reminding me that kids are kids. We love this location!!

They forget your sauces all the time & don’t care at all. I spend like $2 extra on a cheese sauce & it’s forgotten. The bigger joke is instead of offering a refund for the cheese sauce they want to comp me a free one next time to trap me into wasting more money into their subpar service. Very disrespectful to not offer a free meal or something of greater value than a single cheese sauce. They’ve forgotten at least $50 of my cheese sauces. Thanks for offering to make it right with a single comp. What a joke
I don't know why everybody thinks Chick-fil-A is so great mediocre chicken can you get a better chicken sandwich at other places sorry Raising Cane's chicken is better
