Quality at this chipotle has gone down dramatically over the years. I ordered a double wrapped burrito. And a burrito bowl. They barely wrapped the burrito and staff had a serious attitude. I worked food service for 10 years I know how it is to work on the line it sucks but other people should not have to pay for there food being messed up. I don't think I'll be coming back. I'll start going to street road or levvitown from now on.

I was really disappointed with my recent order. The manager was so rude, handed me our crumpled, torn bag upside down, and the food was messy, missing items, and lacked normal flavor. When I walked in I apologized for the late order but my son who just played 90 min of soccer was starving and this is what he wanted. This is not the standard I expect when I pay for this place. Manager has a hissy fit. I don’t care they were cleaning or anything else. I get it was late, but if quality and care can’t be kept up, stop taking orders. I even accepts some lesser quality so late to be honest by the treatment from higher ups was so terrible: yelling at a staff and then abrupt and rude toward me.
The only bright spot was the kind young guy cleaning the floor — he was so nice, polite and got the tip. No my son didn’t know to tip on the app so I grabbed a bill, 50% tip and figured I’d bring it ins
This experience was frustrating from start to finish. I hope it’s taken seriously. Workers there were cleaning doing a job but manager was

As a frequent traveler, I appreciate consistency and attention to detail — this hotel had both. From the smell in the lobby to the crisp linens on the bed, everything was clean, orderly, and exactly where it should be. The front desk staff were quick, the elevators fast, and the amenities well-maintained. If you’re looking for a place that simply works — this is it.

On Saturday June 14, 2025 my wife and went into this location to enjoy the great food you offer, upon entering the floor was not swept nor the tables cleaned. We approached the service counter service area and also were a mess. The serving pots were not wiped for that appetite appearance. So we just turned around and left.

Wide variety of Mexican style food and great salads as well, Mexican bottled drinks are always in stock
What an absolute joke. They were out of veggies, cheese and 2 types of salsa. I wrapped my burrito so poorly it leaked all through the bag and onto my floor mats and fell onto the ground. Once I finally got to eat my destroyed burrito (not that heavy bc they were out of everything there’s a long blonde hair in the middle. Better off going to the neshaminy one and even that one is ass nowadays.

Just went to the worst Chipolte! At noontime they had NO chicken! No peppers and onions, no corn, and no Ice for drinks!! The grill was disgusting and dirty!! We settled for the beef. Don’t know why we didn’t walk outs don’t go there!!
