Their portion sizes have become a joke. First time it happened, wrote it off as one time thing. But no, for the past three four times I've ordered it's been disappointing.

Been coming here a few times recently and each time there is never anybody at the counter you practically have to scream to get someone out there. Employees are rude and get mad when you ask for double but they give you one scoop. Do not recommend take the extra 5 minute ride if you have time.

Ordered online to pick up myself. Tried giving me the wrong order, then told me they didnt have my order..then I showed them the email receipt, then had to read them the ingredients so they knew how to make it. Embarrassingly bad interation. The food was good, not great

the employee, Saba, was im the back for about 9 minutes after i came, there was one person taking orders for walk in customers while saba was on his phone im the back, after i say something about me waiting on my order he then very slowly procees to start working, it took him 16 minutes to perpare my order of two bowls and chips, as he was just walking like hes under the influence or just mentally slow. very poor service

It's exactly what I expected it to be but when I asked for just a little extra chicken it was like pulling my own teeth. They just need to be less stingy with the product considering what you're paying for what you're getting I think they can give you a little bit more.. other than that pretty good location...

Employees made made a dozen to go bowls while staring at me as if I didn’t exist. The service was terrible with plenty of employees sitting around and doing nothing. Avoid this chipotle at all costs and drive half a mile to the qdoba near by.

Probably the worst chipotle ever. I waited in line for about 7+ minutes because there was one person preparing food. Then had to wait 3 minutes to pay and whole time I was there they waited till it was my turn to pay to tell me they weren’t taking cash. The lady in front of me had ordered multiple things and they waited till she got to the register to say she couldn’t use her gift card. They had no sign about the cash situation and didn’t make an announcement either!

Never have I visited a Chipotle that looks like a pig sty. You walk in the girl, and the guy look at you like they don't want to serve you. The floor the grill the place is disgusting. We all walked out, and they were laughing like no pride in their restaurant. This is reflected in poor management. Crossed over to the other restaurant, they need to take a page of their book. Clean and polite.

Trash cans were overflowing so much they were spilling on the floor. There were spills in the middle of the restaurant with just a lot of paper towels thrown on top of them. The place looks like a freaking hurricane, went through it. Poorly managed.
