Worst chipotle location ever. I would give 0 stars if I could. Come here if you want to be disappointed and upset with your order. Terrible food portions/flavor and customer service.

honestly the worst chipotle ever. every time i come here i think it will be different but i always regret it. the employees are nice, but the rice is always hard and they mess the order up almost every time.

This was the best Chipotle in the area for a while. Recently upon my visit the prices have all gone up which to be expected but the portion sizes of meat have been extremely cut down. The manager scooped less than half a scoop of protein for my bowl. So unfortunately I have to update my review to match their service. People are paying good money to eat your food give them a good portion size of meat

Update: I went back in today to give it another shot and a different employee made my order. He was very generous with the portions so I updated back to 5 stars and recommend paying attention to who is making your order.

Very solid chipotle, honestly the best in the area. Every employee is great to talk to, in fact I have had hours upon hours of conversations with multiple employees. I highly recommend anybody reading this review to try this out.

They literally have me a portion the size of my hand the other day, the prices also went up!! I was charged more for a third of what they used to give our! You should be ashamed of your damn selves! They are now ripping people off, do not go here! I know I won't be anymore, I can't afford to be ripped off. Anyway, used toto love this place! You know what the poor employees said to me when I complained about the size, the manager is packing down on how much we put in and they raised the prices! How sad is that!? I hope this review changes your mind because hopefully you loose lots of customers now! Good luck! I took a picture of it it was the size of my key, and keyfob. Like 3 to 4 inches! You should be ashamed of your selves!!

Tall front counter associate with the beard puts the least amount of food possible, its like he gets paid more then less food in puts in the orders. I tend to order the same thing from chipotle every time and this location has the worst tasting product. Wont be coming back to this location ever.

Horrible! Avoid this location at all costs.

Quality at this chipotle has gone down dramatically over the years. I ordered a double wrapped burrito. And a burrito bowl. They barely wrapped the burrito and staff had a serious attitude. I worked food service for 10 years I know how it is to work on the line it sucks but other people should not have to pay for there food being messed up. I don't think I'll be coming back. I'll start going to street road or levvitown from now on.

I was really disappointed with my recent order. The manager was so rude, handed me our crumpled, torn bag upside down, and the food was messy, missing items, and lacked normal flavor. When I walked in I apologized for the late order but my son who just played 90 min of soccer was starving and this is what he wanted. This is not the standard I expect when I pay for this place. Manager has a hissy fit. I don’t care they were cleaning or anything else. I get it was late, but if quality and care can’t be kept up, stop taking orders. I even accepts some lesser quality so late to be honest by the treatment from higher ups was so terrible: yelling at a staff and then abrupt and rude toward me.

The only bright spot was the kind young guy cleaning the floor — he was so nice, polite and got the tip. No my son didn’t know to tip on the app so I grabbed a bill, 50% tip and figured I’d bring it ins
