Just got our order and we were disappointed with it the rice was under cooked and tasted awful my daughter loves chipotle but this time she couldn’t finish her food she was disappointed!!

Ordered takeout and when I got there they were nearly done preparing my food and there were no other customer. All the items were sealed and the only thing left to do was putting them into a bag. The guy stops working on my order then hops on the register to help the dine-in customers because a number of them showed up at once. After 5mins waiting and in-between customers I asked if I can get my order and he replied that he needs to help these customers first. I could’ve just got on the line and ordered the exact thing and would’ve gotten out of there faster. After 10mins there were no more customers on line and he put my food into a bag. What kind of policy is this? If it’s not a policy then what kind of people is this place employing?

Restaurant was short staffed. As a result, tables were a little messy, online orders were backed up (had to wait about 25 to 30 minutes after the posted pick up time in the app). When I did receive the order, it wasn't very warm either.

So last night I came to this location I usually go to a different location which I wish I should’ve. The store was closing so the employees were a little rude. They were extremely stingy with the portions of the food & the person making my food was nasty. I would never come to this location again. Customer service sucks.

This location literally lies about the serving size. According to their website and support Barbacoa is supposed to be 4oz, but the woman working there said it’s 2oz and gave me an attitude. Not the first time this happened. They’re also always rude and entitled for some reason. I even weighed it myself at home and they give exactly 2oz.

I’ve never had an issue at this Chipotle location. However, my server was Santiago & he messed up my order. I asked for a chicken burrito and he gave me a veggie burrito. I got the order to dine in, but I didn’t realize there was no chicken in my burrito until halfway through it. I didn’t want to cause a commotion over this, but I was highly frustrated that my order wasn’t right when I was right in front of him telling him my order directly.He could’ve asked me to make sure if I wanted chicken or not, but he didn’t. I’ve never seen him before here, so maybe he is a new worker. Regardless, highly dissatisfied.

Chipotle has great food, but the portions are smaller than they were years ago. They give you half the amount of meat that they used to and charge you extra if you want the amount that they use to give (and call it "double portion"...). I will still eat here though.
