I ordered a burrito with steak, white rice, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole for delivery with a 3rd party app.
The burrito was 50% white rice and 30% old nasty brown guacamole, leaving almost no space for the other ingredients. Once I dug out the gross guac and removed it, nearly half the burrito was empty. The other ingredients, thankfully, are fine, but what is up with these proportions?? First time I've ever had this problem at any Chipotle EVER (and I love Chopotle!). Never ordering from this location again.

I love this Chipotle. So I got the family meal deal they offer for $60. It's supposed to feed 6 to 8 people. Only 3 of us were able to get everything. The toppings were literally like one scoop. Which is what they give you when you go in for a normal bowl. They put them in small containers. How are 6 people supposed to share a scoop of toppings. It would make sense if they put toppings in two small bowls each for 6 people. Someone couldn't even get rice because it was not enough. It's not worth the money. We would have gotten much more buying bowls individually. However, I thought doing it this way would be faster and better for my family. I don't want to tell people not to buy, but be aware that it most likely will not be enough for 6 people like they advertise and you pay for.

Im amazed this place still open. I love Chipotle this the only one that is consistently terrible. Lmao they always putting a sign up and closing randomly. Always out of stuff. Workers always look like they gonna jump off a bridge soon. Just travel the 10 mins to any other Chipotle and save yourself the trouble.

Told me they didnt have chips... even though I was looking at chips. Told me they were for online orders... im tired of Chipotle with their bad customer service treating me like im in a soup kitchen begging for reasonable portions... I'm officially never going back to Chipotle!

Nothing was hot or even warm! The beans,vegs and chicken were cold!They really skimp on the portion size as well. We will not be going back to this location.
I ordered for pickup. When I got home the bowl was missing half the items I put in! The sticker said it and I paid extra but no sour cream, cheese, vegetables, guacamole, adobe ranch or corn. I had a prior bad experience of walking in and workers being rude so I wanted to avoid any interactions. Now, I will never go back. Will drive the extra time to go to another location or stop chipotle all together!

Chipotle isn’t what it used to be. Tables are always unclean and service has horrifically declined. The overall dining in experience is cold… which wasn’t the case before it used to be warm and for almost 2 years I’ve noticed if you happen to work a full-time job and can only dine in the evening - you’ll probably be so disappointed every visit at this Chipotle location. After tonight’s visit - I think I will reroute to another location in hopes that it won’t be as unpleasant as this location has felt coming the past 2 years. The worst part is that they tell will tell you “there isn’t ____ anymore/any left” and just stare at you like it isn’t an issue and aren’t they suppose to refill the food stations. There’s been times for example there is no steak, corn, chips, or even cheese LOL. I hate to write this sad review since I’ve been loving Chipotle for about 10 years now but y’all gotta please do better!

This is the only location I know of that doesn’t give out water cups. Chipotle claims to not be about price gouging and encourages locations to give water cups but this location got greedy and will never get my business again.
