Interesting place, much more available online rather than in person; however, it seems if you come frequently you know some tricks. I don't know them yet so I find it a little challenging to prepare to eat here. The place is covered in what looks like plywood. I guess it's the intended style but it looks very unfinished

I had 2 orders with different things. The server was mixing the tray up. That I lost track which was which. Plus I saw another worker with a ZZ Top long beard without a net on it. He was doing online orders. Workers here don’t seem to care about what they’re doing.

Good quality chipotle, only issue is that the meat tastes burnt and dry every time I go. Never had that issue with any other chipotle

Don’t get guacamole past 9pm. Workers will just scoop whatever is stale and gross. The one quesadilla of two, also had shards of aluminum foil. The other half of the order was fine.

I ordered two bowls of Honey chipotle chicken with brown rice didn't mind waiting because they were making more. As I was waiting the atmosphere was heavy with tension, the young lady who was cutting up the chicken was unpleasant and openly rude to her co-workers who were preparing & taking orders. When I got my order I notices there wasn't enough rice in both bowls. One my orders was a double chicken bowl and that chicken wasn't cooked properly, hardly had any taste compared to the chicken in my bowl. Overall an unpleasant and disappointing experience.

There's just someone watching their child in a closed establishment. Why is it being staffed if it closed due to maintenance every Thursday-Saturday? This was a joke. I should've gone to the Qdoba.
Poor service, we did not receive the full order and the items received were missing meat and other items. No offer to re deliver the correct food.

The food at Chipotle was good, but the overall experience fell short. The food trays looked almost empty, and when I asked for more salad, they didn’t have any available. What they did have seemed old. The store itself also looks quite outdated, which didn’t help the atmosphere. While the taste of the food was satisfying, the lack of freshness and the tired look of the store took away from the experience.

Their manager Rashidah Duggan treating her employees like trash and yelling at customers. I went there today, and asked nicely if I can have brown rice without cilantro and she didn’t allow her employees to check on it and was very demanding. I felt so bad for them and customers. She needs to be fired!

This is by far the worst Chipotle location in the area. I don't get why the employees just don't care. It really shows with the tiny portion sizes that they purposely scoop out in front of you instead of giving you a normal amount when you're spending all the money for the meat. Nothing mean but you don't have to give mediocre portion sizes to all of your customers. That makes customers not want to return. I will gladly drive to go to any other Chipotle besides this location
