The food at Chipotle was good, but the overall experience fell short. The food trays looked almost empty, and when I asked for more salad, they didn’t have any available. What they did have seemed old. The store itself also looks quite outdated, which didn’t help the atmosphere. While the taste of the food was satisfying, the lack of freshness and the tired look of the store took away from the experience.
Service is amazing. The food was just way too spicy. Usually the black beans aren't spicy but this last time I ordered they were inedible and I got them for my daughter's kids meal which I couldn't give her. The food just hasn't been consistent my last few times eating here.. but the people at the front are a delight.
Horrible service we ordered 3 meals and they didn’t tell us they were out of sour cream untill we got to the end of we sit down to eat and see them packing sides of sour cream and they tell us it’s for the online orders because they can’t see what they don’t have makes no sense to argue with a customer if I ordered online I would of been okay to have sour cream but because I pay as a walk in
