If I have a choice to give less than zero I would give , the Indian lady who is infront is an arrogant... She needs to go nad learn how to talk to customers .... Few customers walked away due to her bad attitude, she thinks people go to her shop to buy things to do a favor for customers ....

Everytime I try to stop after work, this place is closed even though the hours listed state it's open until 6pm. It's 5:30pm and it's closed. So much for this preggo killing her craving. ?

I recently ordered a birthday - my pick was the chocolate flavored icecream cake midnight delight - was really yummy, there was right mix of chocolate, cake and the icecream. And has made it to my favorite list of birthday cakes and definitely a great choice if you are looking for a birthday cake!

The woman who served us here was very rude to us. She charged us for four ice cream when we only got three (two for two kids and one for myself and my husband). The kid went outside after they got the ice cream because the store smelled awful inside. We stayed for our ice cream and to pay. When we pointed out that she counted wrong she became confrontational and blamed the kids for leaving the store before we paid. She yelled at us "do you see Walmart let people leave before they pay". What a lame excuse for her own mistake. I am not sure if she did this because we are Asian but she did not do anything like this to other white customers. The woman did appear racist to me. Avoid this location unless you want to be charged extra and get blamed for their employee's own mistake. Avoid if you are not white. They should know how to count and respect their customers if they are open for business.
Walked in at 5:45 and was greeted with my family by a screaming lady telling me they were closed. I pointed out that they are open for another 15 minutes. She said she already had customers and again started screaming at me in front of my husband and two children. She had another family in line, 4 people. It’s not like you sit down and eat in there. I asked her for her name and she said it was Michelle. I asked her for the manager and she screamed that she was the manager. Classy. This woman should be terminated for how she treated my family. I understand everyone is short handed. I’m more than okay with waiting for something I want. This lady was so out of line and unprofessional.

Update went October 2020 and they close at 8 but after 7:30 they don’t mix toppings into ice cream?!?! Why, Bc they close at 8 LOLWent there today to get a shake, they made my shake then told me the credit card machine was broke and I could only pay cash, which is understandable things happen. Then I went to the two ATM's in the mall both were out of order and at a distance. Then I came back to let the girl know and she threw the drinks away bc i couldn't pay for them after i walked around for 15 minutes trying to get cash.

The manager Michelle works there everyday and morning shifts she mixes up the icecream cause of the color u never know what u gonna get l asked her for cake Batter icecream she gave me 2 diff flavored claiming it was cake batter and got mad when l exposed her l think shes senile anyway l wont keep goin thru so I'm gonna keep my visits there short and of she do that again I'm gonna expose her fir real especially to corporate...she got scared when l good her boss on her she was hella mad lol

Couple before us had order messed up for (apparently) second time. Woman immediately made corrections. While that was going on a couple behind us did not have masks on. Woman told them they both need to wear masks. They got an attitude and left. We were next and got our orders without incident. Receipt said Michelle M. She handled the customers well.
