I really love this establishment. It’s a fantastic place to enjoy fresh seafood. Crafty Crab is conveniently located on Street Road in Bensalem, NJ. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and courteous. The restaurant is also very clean, with tidy restrooms contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The venue offers a cozy ambiance, highlighted by dim, inviting lighting. Crafty Crab hosts karaoke nights that are always entertaining and lively. I always have a great time here before heading to the Parks Casino nearby.

I absolutely love Crafty Crab. The food is ALWAYS cooked to perfection. The hosts are friendly every time and they always ensure I'm taken care of. To top it all off, I had a day off today and asked my kid what she wanted to eat so she asked if we could get Crafty Crab n watch movies at home. I said sure. So behold....
I got some food for us but let's just take a pause... The to-go bag... Look at how beautiful it is and how much cheer it brings!!! It's incredibly personal amd thoughtful. I love it sooooooo much.... Literally. When I thought this place couldn't get better then here they come screaming at my Christmas spirit!! Merry Christmas Crafty Crab!!! You're awesome!!! I can't wait till my kid sees this bag she's gonna love it! 😍

No clue what happened from the last time I was here because the service was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was named Janette and was about as present a black father in a child’s life. We saw her a total of 3 times the whole night and one was to bring the check. We ordered appetizers along with our entrees and received our entrees first 30 minutes after placing our order and she seemed surprised that we hadn’t received the appetizers. The food was lukewarm by the time I got to us and by the time we saw Janette again and asked for the crab crackers, the crab was cold. Will not be coming her again anytime soon and praying if I do I’m not sat at her section! <3

First time dinning in, me and my great niece ❤️ enjoyed ourselves will tell the rest of the family. Clean, spacious atmosphere. Waitress was very pleasant and helpful. I would like to say I think because of how much sea food cost, they should add some warm biscuits complimentary for dine in customers only. This would make this place top notch! Other than that I would recommend.
The food is phenomenal. The headless shrimp boil is 20 dollars for a pound which includes 2 potatoes and a corn. It's plenty for dinner and lunch the next day. The lava cake is like the best brownie ever. They also do a military discount which I appreciate. The service was excellent even though it was very busy.

It was my first time here, and I really wanted to love it. I was ready to give a 5-star review—until we realized we were charged for snow crabs we never received. Service was a bit slow, the live music was extremely loud, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic. Be sure to double-check your bill, as we were overcharged.

Phenomenal location for a boil, even with the Raw Oysters. Suggestion: add the boil seasoning to the Oyster with the cocktail sauce - portions to taste.
The corn bread is good dipped in the boil.
The speed and execution to service of course relies on duty and responsibility, I understand. It’s only 3 Stars because she didn’t realize one is from afar and one guest is local… attentiveness falls short when precedence shifts between tables, and the stress never ends when you never know. So, I understand.
It may have felt this way, but the experience met my life where it needed so 5 Stars overall if I can feel accommodated in-between tables. Selective acknowledgment I don’t mind when I’m Mi- ❤️
