Service was very slow. Definitely need more than two people working. Too many people were waiting for their orders. I downloaded the app yet none of the locations accept it.
The service was great. The employees were really nice. They definitely need more help though. When we were there, there were around 10 people waiting for their orders to be done. Also they don't accept the App/rewards. Not sure why the company has this app when none of the locations accept them.

Used to love this place. Under new ownership and they need to figure it out. Backed up, long waits, wrong orders, longer waits to fix, melted ice cream, and barely any toppings. Very disappointed.

We were craving a blizzard. Problem was they were out of all the good ones. We settled for one of the ones that wasn't out of stock.
Very unwelcoming environment. Covid barriers are still up.
