The service was great. The employees were really nice. They definitely need more help though. When we were there, there were around 10 people waiting for their orders to be done. Also they don't accept the App/rewards. Not sure why the company has this app when none of the locations accept them.

Used to love this place. Under new ownership and they need to figure it out. Backed up, long waits, wrong orders, longer waits to fix, melted ice cream, and barely any toppings. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure if this place is an actual DQ anymore, they are understaffed don't except DQ rewards and there portions are half the size of other DQs, a large here is a medium anywhere else

It smells like a mop inside. I guess that's good because it means it's clean. It made me a little queazy. Pretty strong. They have a sign that says they accept no app deals or coupons. Can you be a DQ and do that?There was a line from the counter to the back of the store. Only one person in the shop. So this person had to take and make every order. My order got messed up but honestly that's a lot of stress on one person to try and get 12 people in and out. On a day like today people just kept coming. The ice cream tastes exactly like what DQ soft serve should be.

As someone who occasionally went before I’ve started to go much more with the recent changes and new hires. The service is quick and the cashiers and employees are so friendly it makes it very easy to come back to! Finally a win with ice cream in our area
First time coming here, and it was really packed. Only one employee, and despite how busy she was, she was very friendly and helpful. There are seats inside only, so you can stay to enjoy your snack. My son and I went and both got blizzards. He got an Oreo blizzard and really enjoyed it. I got a brownie Reese's cup peanut butter blizzard and it was just okay. The brownie pieces were so tiny, just crumbs, and barely any peanut butter cups. The peanut butter in the center I thought was going to be like the liquidity topping kind, nope, was like straight out of a jar and it wasn't even good. I'll try again and get something different, maybe I just got a fluke. They must be good though since it was a huge line.
