Wouldn't even give it one star but had to so I can leave this. THIS WAS DELETED ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE so in an effort to make sure you know before you go I won't be silenced. I never do this but here goes, only cause you KEEP having these dueling piano nights. It's infuriating seeing it at this point. I've never seen a bigger joke of an event and restaurant. You oversell, Under staff, serve cold undercooked disgusting food, or it never comes at all. You take drink orders and made us have to get up and get drinks at the bar with more understaffed overworked bartenders cause waiting 30min had our table pretty parched. Then the food came, finally after what was easily an hour and a half, oh my god what a disgrace. The sack it took to deliver that crap to our table after it sat back there getting cold was unreal. Just by looking at it you could tell before you touched it that it was ice cold. I don't blame the bartenders, or waitresses, we still tipped but HELL, stop trying to rob the community for money on these events knowing you can't freaking handle the crowd. STOP THE BS!

Food was pretty phenomenal. It was my first and last time. I felt like the service truly was lacking. I put on my reservation it was my first time in hopes that they might tell us a bit more about the menu or let us know more about the dockside. They also ended up putting us next to the bar which had sooo many people standing and bumping into us. I guess you also get free bread, but they didn’t bring it out until after our appetizer. I always appreciate great servers who are kind and outgoing. So I just felt it was truly lacking. Didn’t know the girls name. Felt unwelcomed and didn’t enjoy the service. However the food we ordered was all fantastic, so I guess I can’t complain too much, but it’s sad when the food is good, but you feel unwelcomed. Not sure if I will go back.

Had a great relaxing time was there yesterday. The food was delicious and on point came out in a timely matter. Chef and Robert definitely had it on point. First time eating tuna sushi and the Italian chx sandwich was delicious also. Front house staff Emily was super helpful and made sure I was good....thank you again Dockside for a lovely time...

We were entertained by the dueling pianos. They were very entertaining. The food was very good service. Anything that was disappointing what's the limited entrees on their menu.
Consumer beware . This past Friday on 1-26-24 myself and 21 other woman made a reservation at Dockside to celebrate a friends 60 th Birthday . We made this reservation weeks in advance . We arrived at the restaurant we found parking to be a struggle. Not the best lot as is . But add an event there drawing a large crowd and it was next to impossible. Thinking this is a good sign that people must really like this place we finally found a spot and went inside . We entered and the place was slammed . Not a table to be had . Ours was reserved so we were lucky . I thought After being there for a bit we finally met our waitress and she began to take our drink orders for the 21 of us. First red flag one server for all 21 . Our reservation was for 6 pm It's about maybe 20 min in and we could see how overwhelmed she was . But she took our order and turned it in We received our drinks a while later By 7:ish she came back to get the food order . By then we all needed another drink she took our order. She turned it in and that's where it all goes wrong . We never saw another drink or one dinner that was ordered after 2 1/2 hours of waiting. We received nothing . When we asked for water they brought a pitcher no glasses I asked for glasses they gave me 5 So 16 people were not getting a glass for that water . I finally asked to speak to a manager at this time I was recommended to speak to Chris, Chris and I walked outside. I told him the situation he told me that my food was almost ready and that he would go and check on it. I thanked him and went back and told the rest of the girls our food was coming out. a little more time goes by I see Chris behind the bar I say hey Chris, did you check on that food? Chris response was well your waitress fell which she did the poor girl I said, what does her have to do with our food that you told me was almost ready to come out , she's back on the floor. Chris basically laughed at me and walked away. Getting nowhere with Chris. I found the general manager . . He was a little more receptive and understanding and said he also would go back and check on our food which he did . he came back out and told us that our food had five more slips in front of it, and that he didn't want to lie and tell us it would be right out, possibly another 20 minutes or so . But he wasn't really sure.he offered us champagne which after 2 1/2 hours of sitting there no one wanted . we decided to get our bill for the liquor that we consumed and leave . kind of unbelievable that they charged us for it but they did and we paid our bill tipped our waitress well, knowing it was not her fault

Stopped in this past weekend for the dueling pianos, absolute chaos. The service was unbelievably slow, no one seemed to care that there was no food being brought out. Waited over an hour for some wings, waitress wouldn't come around to ask us if we needed more drinks. First and last time I'll be here, manager seemed rude as well when I voiced my concern to him about the slow service. This place will fail just like the last 3 bars at this location.

Was there for dinner in the banquet room for dueling pianos, had made a reservation a month in advance. They were overbooked/over capacity and inadequately staffed. Our food came out THREE HOURS after we were seated and it was undercooked/cold. Very disappointing. Waitress was friendly, we felt bad for her.
