Don’t order from here I looked them up and called through the site and they stole my credit card info somehow there calls through the site are fraudulent you should not have to give your cvv # to pay over the phone when you pay at any store you never need to give that unless you are ordering from like Amazon or similar!

i love dominos pizza but i feel like it’s always a hassle to order from there. we made a order and it said it would be done in 15 minutes and i came in almost 30 min later and it still wasn’t ready, i don’t mind waiting a little longer but i wish they would just put realistic wait times when you first put the order through that way you’re not there any earlier than you need to be. We drove off in five minutes into our ride, We opened up the box wrong order we went back and showed them and they just accidentally gave us someone else’s order and they gave us our correct order and we’re very nice about it. I just wish they double checked before they handed the pizza out.

Most disgusting place to buy pizza. This guy with a bunch of silver rings on his fingers was digging his nose the whole time behind the counter. Another one walks out the bathroom right after he flushed without washing his hands and walk back to the pizza station. Tiktok videos about those people unsanitary food are real so eat at your own risk and good luck eating thrir boogers and feces on the pizza as extra flavors.

Staff with full beards, no beard covering or hairnet present on staff with longer hair. Staff handled money then food without gloves. The health department would give them a violation if they saw it…. it’s disgusting and I will never buy food there again.

The cashier literally, handed my cash back and then without washing his hands or putting gloves on, went to transfer yellow peppers with his bare hands as if it’s nothing. So disgusting and would never order from here again. They need to really keep up with their hygiene. Or be reported.

Absolutely love the pizza!! It's definitely different than your average pizza place, which is why I like getting this to switch it up sometimes. They always have some really good deals, and food is always correct and delicious. Absolutely love the pineapple pizza, really recommend. Very clean and employees are always super nice.

Absolutely pathetic service. I placed an order today and guess what? It never showed up. The Domino’s app says “delivered” — which is hilarious because I’m still standing at my door like a clown waiting for food I never got.
This isn’t even the first time. These drivers clearly don’t use GPS or just don’t care. I’ve had enough. I’ve stopped tipping them entirely — why tip someone who can’t even deliver a basic pizza order to the right place?
Domino’s, fix your broken app, train your drivers to use maps (it’s 2025, not 1995), and maybe learn how delivery works. Until then, I’m done ordering from you. Disgraceful.

Worst customer service ever, I waited around 7 min so they can take my order, they saw me but nobody address me to take my order, while other guy was talking by cellphone 🙄 and ignore me. The only guy who came to me and ask what I wanted he was so busy organizing the deliveries.

I have ordered pizza 4 times from the Bensalem Dominoes and specifically asked it to be delivered at a specific time. I even called to say, do NOT deliver it early. Every time they deliver it waaaaaayyyyy early and it sirs and gets cold while our classes are in session.
