Special thanks to Manager Badrul for his excellent customer service, and to Assistant Manager Boktiar for crafting a delicious pizza. Their dedication to quality and service made my visit truly enjoyable.

It's very disappointing that it is a hit-and-miss. My pizzas always end up burnt! You spend a lot and the pizzas are either sloppy or burnt! When it comes to delivery, it's even worse. They call you in the parking lot and want you to come out and grab your pizza, but still want a tip. When you don't tip them, they get an attitude. They don't even come to your doorstep. I don't think so. Horrible!
