No professional ethics at all, Serve burnt bread to your guests
This location has the absolutely worse service ! Today will be my absolute last time wasting my time and money . I only get a coffee and sometimes a coffee and ONE donut and yet still my order is always i repeat ALWAYS wrong something is seriously wrong with them like seriously. I will never waste my time again enough is enough just weird and disgusting š¤®
I was given multiple dirty lids and on top of that there was construction going on right in front of where you order making it impossible to hear. My order was wrong on top of that

Never once had a good experience here. The coffee tastes sour like it has bad beans/not cleaned properly, they never get the orders right. when they do get the order right on the sticker, they always add way too much/ not enough creamer??? They always have all new workers standing around doing nothing. The donuts are always STALE and left out.This dunkin needs new management or something. I highly reccomend the other dunkin on humeville road instead. They always get it right and have it all together and they are quick and get everything right.

The manger very disrespectful to employees and her attitude towards them was very unprofessional and she give me dirty looks because I was waiting for my drink

People were nice but the service and food we're unacceptable we ordered around 1:50 and we left the dunkin at 2:17 so 27 minutes in total it took us to get everything, we waited a bit they told us to park in front of the store which is fine the head of us the wrong food at first and then we had to wait inside for the rest of our food, but when we got our food after the 27 minutes everything was super greasy it was gross there was marks on the bags because of the Grease, it's very off-putting and we paid $30 for the order, the people were nice and apologetic, I will give them that it's just the service and the food quality was just really bad I really hope they get their stuff together eventually

Terrible. Long wait, wrong orders. Packaged disgusting and greasy. Shame. When I first moved here in 2011 the management was different and now they are running it terrible.

It took over 3 minutes for someone to take my order. 1 large coffee. I pulled to the window where 4 workers were shuffling around trying to look busy. After another 8 minutes, I was asked for money but not offered my coffee. Finally an arm came out with it. No "thank you" was offered. I pulled away. This happened twice in one week! The staff is more interested in their conversations than the job at hand. Im a good tipper, and I did not tip these folks. I will be re-routing to a better Dunkin!

I was greeted by an employee complaint about how it's been a "long day" and how crazy the day was, I guess that's why I had to repeat my order 3 times. At the time I was there, the place looked quite empty, and I saw at least 5 employees in there, mostly jaw-jacking vs. doing their job.
I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, with extra bacon via the drive-through. The bread wasn't toasted, and instead of extra bacon, there was a piece of bacon missing, along with the sandwich being cold. Considering that maybe 3 minutes had passed between my order and receiving said order, it's obvious the sandwich I received had been laying about for a bit.
Piss poor customer service and a lack of willingness to complete an order correctly.
My hard earned money down the drain.
