Absolutely rude people work here.. gave me such an attitude when I asked for light ice they never answered like they did with each item I ordered they said ok ok ok light ice no ok so I thought he didn't hear me so I repeated it . Well he was unprofessional he said you said it once that's enough I heard u but he never gave me light ice on purpose they filled the cup and never said thank you don't go hear i will NEVER go back ignorant unprofessional people !!! Horrible service I'm giving u business be polite your jersey if I could give ZERO stars i would

We got 2 x-large hot coffees with just cream and sugar. They were horrible!! We went back to window to get more sugar packs and added them ourselves. They were still just horrible!! We had a long ride home and just wanted a good coffee and it didn't happen. We threw them in the garage.

I go here religiously. I have a known order by most of the workers.. They tent to ask me if I want my regular or finish my order with there own words! They are always polite. My order has never been wrong. I have at least 3 friends that drive an extra 6 miles to go to this Dunkin, instead of the one by their houses. This is by far the best Dunkin' Donuts location that there is!

Well, we never received the munchkins we ordered LAST WEEK. Asked for our money back, we were told “there is nothing we can do come back tomorrow for it” that was never agreed upon and it’s unacceptable to even offer an order a day late. My husband went today to resolve the issue and was still never refunded. Thieves.
