I would give this dunkin zero stars if possible, the service and atmosphere is bad. They continuously mess up my orders and have an attitude when I complain. I refuse to go to this dunkin anymore.

I was very unsatisfied with the food and service at this dunkin. The 1st problem was I tried to order my drink with certain customizations and was criticized for what I was ordering. This threw me off because since when are we told what we can and cannot add to our order especially when it’s available. The 2nd issue is once I took a sip of my drink it tasted like the milk was rotten and there were what looked like pieces of curdled milk at the bottom of my drink. I was speechless and immediately started having stomach pains. The service and food were unacceptable and this has never happened to me before. Unfortunately I had already driven off before trying my drink and was not able to return to get my money back. I did however stop at another dunkin and told the manager what happened and was compensated.

Service is terrible. They’re actually really rude you can’t even think or decide what you want because they like to rush you out the line. A few times being at Dunkin’ Donuts wanting to try something knew they don’t help you or give you any advice.

Rushed and rudeness upon ordering. Coffee was badly tasted. And has brows tasted burnt even tho they weren't. Nasty 😝even my donut was stale and it was 1030 an for crying out loud !! wouldn't never ever go back to that place again...waste of my money and turned my stomach

Order the Iced Matcha Latte at the kiosk and reieved the order quickly. Drink tasted exactly as if should.
The only thing was the matcha powder was not stirred enough so there was still some stuck at the bottom of the cup. There's a lot of ice in the drink.

Horrible customer service from management . Order was given via drive through .they handed us someone else’s order Causing me the customer to come into the location to fix this issue . Employee and manager acted like we were causing an inconvenience because of their mistake . No apologies were said . It was clear they gave us someone else’s order!! Once we gave the food we had in hand back to the employee they gave the same food to another person when given back . Very unsanitary . We threw away our entire order . Huge waste of money and time . If your order gets messed up don’t eat it. That means someone else has it in their hand or car .

My husband picked up two coffees to bring home through the drive thru. The lid was not sitting on the cup properly and one spilled all over my husband right leg causing a large burn and a complete mess our truck. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

Avoid this place, the coffee was not freshly brewed, we asked them to make us a fresh batch but it was worse, as if the same batch has been reused multiple times, it tasted like water and everyone who was with me agreed. They did not return the money and did not apologize. They ruined my day off. I bought delicious fresh coffee at a different place.
