Avoid this Dunkin at all cost I have been here twice both times it tasted like they microwaved stale bread we couldn’t even chew our bagels. They were like rubber.!

People are very rude at this establishment. The people that work here are from India, and seem to be an older generation that don’t understand English well. They cannot communicate when you ask them for napkins or any other question about your order. If you ask them for something they respond rudely as if it’s free and you’re not paying for it. Never coming here again.
A place like this should be closed down if they don’t know anything about customer service. These franchise owners are only interested in profits and not actually serving the community.

Can’t believe this place charged $1.06 for giving us whip cream in a small cup for my puppies. Never happened like this before. Shame on this establishment.
The dunkin guy looked frustrated. No smile. No kindness. When he was informed about the cleanliness issue. He replied that if you want to dine in, go ahead or leave the store.Its such an unprofessional behaviour i have seen on any of the dunkins Donuts.
I’m not sure what the issues are with this location but they can’t seem to understand or get an order right. They will just give you what they think you want vs what you ordered. Worse dunkin I’ve ever visited. Unfortunately it’s also convenient.

Last few times I’ve gotten drinks from here it’s been full of mold, dozens of large chucks. Drinks taste horrible and made me horribly sick. Watched people come in after me today with the same moldy drinks. Not really sure how they’re allowed to operate like this, it’s disgusting and dangerous. When I brought it back in and confronted them, they didn’t care, and it took me multiple times repeating myself for them to comprehend that there was mold in the drink. They proceeded to give me another one with more mold in it.
