The dunkin guy looked frustrated. No smile. No kindness. When he was informed about the cleanliness issue. He replied that if you want to dine in, go ahead or leave the store.Its such an unprofessional behaviour i have seen on any of the dunkins Donuts.
I’m not sure what the issues are with this location but they can’t seem to understand or get an order right. They will just give you what they think you want vs what you ordered. Worse dunkin I’ve ever visited. Unfortunately it’s also convenient.

Last few times I’ve gotten drinks from here it’s been full of mold, dozens of large chucks. Drinks taste horrible and made me horribly sick. Watched people come in after me today with the same moldy drinks. Not really sure how they’re allowed to operate like this, it’s disgusting and dangerous. When I brought it back in and confronted them, they didn’t care, and it took me multiple times repeating myself for them to comprehend that there was mold in the drink. They proceeded to give me another one with more mold in it.

Was here around 4:40 pm yesterday (Sunday) went through the drive thru and asked for a red velvet macchiato with almond milk. Server said they didn’t have the red velvet (ok I get it it’s seasonal), I said they should update the menu then. He said something along the lines of “when I become a manager I will” and then I asked for just a caramel coffee. I get to the window and he said macchiato I said no I’ll have a caramel coffee with almond milk. He said they don’t have almond milk. In a rude manner and didn’t even bother looking to see if they had any other milk to offer. If this server is so miserable with his position he shouldn’t be working here, maybe a retraining in customer service is in order. Thankfully there was a Wawa right next door and I gave them the business. I am not from the area thankfully (I’m from NJ) so I don’t have to visit it again, but having a long trip and then dealing with that type of service was very unfortunate.

Disappointing. Lack of pastries donut selection, Even though the kiosk offers selection, management and employees do not pay attention to what is available and what is not. My guess is this franchise location does not prepare nor bake the full available selection in order to save money therefore disappointing customers.It is evident that the pastries they do bake are smaller in size in comparison to other DUNKIN franchise locations.DUNKIN franchise management needs to review and audit majority of Philadelphia Metro area DUNKINs.
I went through the drive through and gave a tip. She was almost annoyed by it and never said thank you just threw in the cup. Then I got burnt coffee and a burnt bagel! Many other Dunkin’s I can choice from as this one lost our
