We love Dunkin’ but this location’s service is the worst. Been there a few times and they always get something wrong with our orders. Today I ordered an oat milk iced coffee- she didn’t add it on the screen, so then I asked her at the window if she added it. I took a few sips but noticed the flavor was off. When I checked the sticker they gave it to me with regular milk! I haven’t drank cow milk in years! Can you imagine what it did to me?!

i did like this location when the blonde girl worked the early AM but now it’s this terrible girl with black curly hair. my food is ice cold, i can’t even eat it. my bacon had no seasoning despite being $4 for a bag of bacon and my coffee looks like they had a creamer shortage first thing in the morning. not sure how hard it is to have consistency as a franchise but clearly this staff isn’t very strong. the girl at the window is rude and gave me an attitude because i told her she forgot my food item, THAT I PAID FOR. don’t forget it and you wouldn’t have to go back for it now.

Bagel is not toasted. This is not good. I can’t eat it and can’t go back to get it right because I’m at work. Fix the settings on the toaster/use a real toaster because this is not toasted and now I’m stuck with nothing to eat this morning and spent money for this BS.

This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.
It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.
Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.
That being said, the babies are always polite.

ordered my usual large cold brew black with less ice and it appears they are watering down their coffee. Drove to another dunkin up the street ordered the exact same thing and difference is mind blowing.
