Best Philly cheese around and try the garlic cheese pizza!
The worst. Girl with a real attitude working the register. As I waited for my pizza I heard them tell a customer over the phone they burned their pizza so it would take longer. When I got home, I found the bottom of the veggie pizza was BLACK, and I had to trash the whole pie! Charged me $62 for 2 large pizzas and 2 drinks. way more than I expected (receipt was not itemized for some reason), and added an extra charge for using a credit card!

Frank's Pizza offers a delightful dining experience with its great food and dedicated staff. The restaurant, which has been around for a long time, still looks the same and provides a menu that won't break the bank. The food is good and very good still, with the pizza, wings, and cheese steak and fries being particularly praised. The bucket of breaded wings are the best. The service is fast always. The place is located in a plaza, not the best looking plaza but it's ok. While the parking lot can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends, there is an alternative parking option available at the nearby pharmacy.
