Was a little disappointed with the overt impatience of a staff person assisting me with my order. I guess she assumed I’ve been there enough times to know exactly what I want and with the quickness First time ever being there. Then when I decided to give another chance and order my birthday cake there. That was pretty disappointing too. The cake was very dry. I would’ve been happier with a cake from the supermarketLikely will not be back nor recommend.

Saw ad on Facebook that they had a new location so I decided to take a ride from Jersey. The bakery was very clean and spacious; in fact I feel as though they could add cafe-type seating for customers. I went specifically for the infamous sticky buns, which DID NOT disappoint, they were exceptional!! I'm glad I bought enough to freeze. They were just as good defrosted as they were fresh!!! The only negative remark is the counter help, he didn't seem to want to be bothered since I arrived later in the day, I guess he was ready to go home. I will return though.

Ordered raisin nut buns with icing. She said she could pipe the icing on any of them. $40 get home to no icing. Messed up that craving :(

I have always enjoyed Fritz's Bakery. I enjoy their sticky buns and loaf cakes. It is great for their quick service as I have always been able to get in and get out.
I was disappointed the last time I was there (1/25/25), however. The young woman who helped us made a comment as we were leaving about the fact my wife left a dollar tip. "Oh wow, a dollar" was what she said low hoping I wouldn't hear. Fritz's needs to explain to its employees about being grateful for any tip since the employees I am sure are not working for tips. I won't be tipping for ordinary service going forward. Be exceptional and go the extra mile. Be better.

A beautiful cake for my daughter’s 21st Birthday!! Called and ordered the cake with just requesting pink for the color. Never expecting this as the outcome. Absolutely gorgeous & delicious!
They make the teenage girls wear shirts that say “check out these bun’s” it’s printed largely on the back of their shirts. This is disgusting. I don’t know who would allow their teenager to wear this uniform and or work here.
