Purchased 18 cinnamon rolls on 04/03/24, we have been here hundreds of time, birthday cakes, danishes, cookies, butter cakes, never did we have a bad experience until now. I told fellow go workers that were eating Cinnabon, that Fritz’s was the best, well apparently I was wrong. I brought these into work, and they were stale, yes stale!!!Plates with most of the cinnamon roll were tossed in the trash.I called to let Fritz’s manager know what happen, now I understand this guy doesn’t know me, after explaining him the issue he asked me if I could bring trash into the store to prove the fact that they were stale, again I told him that they were in the trash, he then offered me 6 “free”. FREE, I purchased 18 Stale, what exactly is free!!! The Manager had a cavalier attitude, so basically you get what they want to server you!There is alway Hornburgers around the corner, never bought anything stale there!!!

Went for some sweet treats . Mini danishes area was empty, but staff directed me to prepackaged danishes by the cash register. They were discounted because it was the end of the day . These are my husband's favorite.

We ended up here on an impromptu adventure. My friend and I bought way too much on the way of sweets.Carrot cake muffin: perfect. Will definitely be back for this item. 10/10Mixed cookies: they're ok. Fresh, they were pretty tasty. It's been a couple of days and they are bland already. 7/10Peanut butter cupcake: husband loves it. 10/10Brownie: just ok. 5/10The staff seemed very tired and ready to go home. The service was fine. The bakery is cute and smells amazing.
