This is the best bakery in the area. It is also very clean as well as giving a welcoming, comforting feeling as soon as you walk through the door! Owners and employees are awesome! All bakery items are delicious. The donuts are incredible, you wont find better donuts anywhere. Artwork on birthday cakes is outstanding. Can't say enough positive things about this bakery!!!!

I requested an “Under the Sea” themed baby shower cake with purple accents on a Tuesday and picked it up the following Sunday. I was absolutely thrilled with the design—it was stunning! The artwork on the cake was gorgeous, and the taste was just as fantastic. I can’t recommend this bakery enough. It was perfect in every way!

We have been using H.F Hornbergers for years! We even used our wedding cake from here back in 2013 bc our vendor used them at the time. Until recently I noticed how dedicated they are when it comes to baking for their customers. It’s very common nowadays to have allergies to nuts and gluten. (Our family is) in order to find a cake that is for all of us is usually very expensive or we need to drive very far away. But we found out Hornbergers caters to nut free and gluten free customers and we couldnt be happier!! They are close by and they don’t break the wallet, even better the cakes are great!!! This week we ordered our babies first birthday cake we sent them some photos of designs and they didn’t disappoint!! We are so so happy!! Our family once again are satisfied with H.F Hornbergers and will continue to come here for our sweets!

So I picked up a “surprise box” through an app to try out this bakery and I was surprised! Some reviews aren’t great but some are and my experience was good. I received cake and donuts and the cinnamon cronut was amazingggg. I can only say their individual baked goods are worth it. Fresh enough, and the service was just fine. I young lady with stylish cool eyeliner served me. I’d come back personally. Thank you!

Ordered a cake here was a disaster and a big disappointment. I ordered my mom a birthday cake and had a scheduled date and pickup time. My husband brought the cake home and it caved in. The picture was completely wrinkled and looked messy. He not only had the cake secured on the seat next to him, which did not move, but he also had the air conditioner on to ensure it didn’t melt. The cake melted since they failed to refrigerate it prior to pick up, but they like to blame their customers for their mistakes. The older woman tried to blame my husband for the transportation of the cake when I spoke to her on the phone. The younger worker at the register confirmed that they never refrigerated the cake prior to pick up. I ended up having to bring my cake back for it to be repaired in which I was told that they had to start over. The older women in front of potential buyers during their wedding cake tasting announced that this was not their mistake and that he must not had it in a level place on the ride home. She tried to embarrass me and make me feel like we were nuts returning a cake, but I left it with them anyways. I I was called to pick up the repaired cake thankfully I live close by. They never showed me the cake before boxing it up. I assumed the cake would be the same just in better condition but was given a cake that was smaller than what I had paid for. It was patriotic cake that originally had, tiny flags and a USA decoration and this time around they neglected to add the decorations. For $55 it was more of a hassle than anything. I will never purchase a cake here. This review is to warn customers that this bakery does not own their mistakes and that they are sneaky and dishonest.
