Very dishonest business. They are known for stealing tip money. If you pay with credit/debit card and leave no tip, they will do an unauthorized charge on your card for the tip. I won't recommend anyone to go here. Customer service was subpar.

I was shocked at the previous reviews. We are staying at Sleep Inn and had our dinner delivered here. The food was delicious!! They were very polite, the delivery was right on time , even as late as our order was put in at 10pm on a Friday night. 20 bucks for 2 LARGE meals. Highly recommend!

Never again i gave them a chance after disagreement with my boss along time ago,im not one to judge..so it say 15 min fee for delivery on the menu just to find out its 18,i wasn't trying to debate i just wanted accuracy, rice was dry , ribs not fully cook well which is dangerous, hair on top of my platter , my drink spill everywhere…,, im so upset neveragain

Overcharged our credit cards a lot of different times, when I noticed and went back , the employees said the best he can do is refund some in cash. Will not return.

I’m going in today as they overcharged my credit card $12. My receipt is for $24 and my card was charged $36. They are definitely stealing as another review states. It was a young kid working the counter. I hope he’s there when I go back!

Ordered takeout 2 different times the first time I had to return the order was wrong. The second time I thought I would give them a 2nd chance. I was very clear when ordering repeated it 2 times and the order was incorrect I had to return. This place has lost my business. It would be the last place I would ever recommend and then I would tell people to not go there.
Order 3 teriyaki shrimps for dinner but when I received the shrimp it was just fried shrimp on a stick which wasn’t what I ordered. I called them and told them my complaint and they said “ yes fried” , but I ask where the sauce at and he said there is none. Went to try one and the shell of the shrimp was infused to the shrimp. I called back a second time and I explain the next complaint and I heard him talk to the guy in the back in their lang. He came back and said” It good that way and tht if it not on there it would taste bad. “ I explain that I can not eat it this way and it a hazard for me. He said” well I can only substitute for the one order but the other two I can’t do to it would be a waste.” The guy who took the call was completely rude and would not listen to anything I had to say just that if I wanted a refund tht I personally would have to drive to their shop and return their food in order to get. Then when I ask for a manager he said I would have to call tomorrow to speak with him. I explained so what am I supposed to do for dinner then . And the guy like I can’t help u. Spent $14 on teriyaki shrimp which I couldn’t eat . Still will call to speak to a manager

Worst place to ever go to. They steal money. I ordered and my total came to 26.78 the next day i looked in my bank account and they charged me 39.00. I called them and told them i am coming in & need my money back. He didn’t even argue. he knows what he is doing. he has been doing this for years. MAKE SURE U GO IN & GET UR MONEY BACK. then i told him 3 days ago i ordered 3 egg rolls and rice to ring it up. he old me $7.31 & i got charged almost $19. so they are helping themselves to money. Also not to mention i picked it up , so no im not going to tip you. worst place ever. don’t go here.
